【摘要】：長株潭三市進(jìn)行了普惠性民辦幼兒園建設(shè)探索,制定了相關(guān)政策,提出了相關(guān)措施,明確了認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)范了認(rèn)定程序,創(chuàng)新了監(jiān)管機(jī)制,并取得了初步成效,但也存在一些問題,如社會各界對發(fā)展普惠性民辦幼兒園的認(rèn)識不到位,政府發(fā)展民辦普惠性幼兒園的政策不到位,經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足,教育行政和教研部門對普惠性民辦幼兒園管理與指導(dǎo)不到位等。為推動普惠性民辦幼兒園更好發(fā)展,社會各界應(yīng)提高對普惠性民辦幼兒園建設(shè)工作的認(rèn)識,地方政府應(yīng)制定普惠性民辦幼兒園發(fā)展規(guī)劃,構(gòu)建完備的政策體系,優(yōu)化對普惠性民辦幼兒園的監(jiān)管,做好小區(qū)配套幼兒園的移交工作。
[Abstract]:The three cities of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan have explored the construction of inclusive private kindergartens, formulated relevant policies, put forward relevant measures, defined the identification standards, standardized the identification procedures, innovated the supervision mechanism, and achieved initial results. However, there are also some problems, such as the lack of understanding of the development of inclusive private kindergartens from all walks of life, the inadequate policies of the government for the development of private kindergartens, and the lack of investment in funds. Education administration and teaching research department to the inclusive private kindergarten management and guidance is not in place. In order to promote the better development of inclusive private kindergartens, all walks of life should improve their understanding of the construction of inclusive private kindergartens, and local governments should formulate development plans for inclusive private kindergartens and establish a complete policy system. Optimize the supervision of inclusive private kindergartens, do a good job in the transfer of supporting kindergartens.
