資源交換視野下的園校合作調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:高校與幼兒園開展合作關(guān)系是促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長的有效途徑之一,通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談、內(nèi)容分析等方法對園校合作促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐活動進(jìn)行研究。通過對調(diào)查資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,探討了高校與幼兒園合作的需求、意向、對資源交換下園校合作的認(rèn)識以及如何保證資源交換視野下的園校合作;針對調(diào)查所反映出的問題和合作期望,提出進(jìn)一步改善和優(yōu)化資源交換下的園校合作的實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:The cooperative relationship between colleges and kindergartens is one of the effective ways to promote teachers' professional growth. Through questionnaire survey, interview, content analysis and other methods, this paper studies the practical activities of cooperative promotion of teachers' professional development. Through the statistical analysis of the investigation data, this paper probes into the demand and intention of the cooperation between the university and the kindergarten, the understanding of the cooperation between the college and the kindergarten under the resource exchange and how to ensure the cooperation under the view of the resource exchange. Aiming at the problems reflected in the investigation and the expectation of cooperation, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of further improving and optimizing the cooperation of garden and school under the exchange of resources.
