【摘要】: 本研究通過質(zhì)化研究探討?zhàn)B育事件對幼兒園教師專業(yè)成長的影響。研究者首先分析了養(yǎng)育事件影響幼兒園教師專業(yè)成長的表現(xiàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上對導(dǎo)致養(yǎng)育事件不同影響后果的原因進(jìn)行了分析,最后探討了通過養(yǎng)育事件促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長的策略。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),養(yǎng)育事件對幼兒園教師的專業(yè)成長的積極影響主要表現(xiàn)為:提高人際互動能力,更新思想觀念,豐富教育經(jīng)驗(yàn),完善知識結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)自我發(fā)展意識.同時,養(yǎng)育事件也可能從以下幾個方面對幼兒園教師的專業(yè)成長有消極影響:降低專業(yè)熱情和抱負(fù)水準(zhǔn),減少專業(yè)投入,使專業(yè)學(xué)歷進(jìn)修停滯,減弱對教師的專業(yè)支持。 研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)幼兒園教師的個人特征、家庭支持、幼兒園的管理方式是導(dǎo)致養(yǎng)育事件不同影響后果的因素。而養(yǎng)育事件影響幼兒園教師專業(yè)成長則表現(xiàn)出互動雙向、相對隔離、階段性、滯后性的特點(diǎn)。 為了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)養(yǎng)育事件對幼兒園教師專業(yè)成長的積極影響,減少養(yǎng)育事件對幼兒園教師專業(yè)成長的消極影響,研究者從教師自我發(fā)展、爭取家庭支持兩個角度探討了教師的自我發(fā)展策略;從園長的管理方式入手探討了輔助教師發(fā)展的管理策略。
[Abstract]:This study explores the impact of parenting events on kindergarten teachers' professional development through qualitative research. At first, the researchers analyzed the effects of parenting events on kindergarten teachers' professional development, and then analyzed the causes of the different effects of parenting events. Finally, this paper discusses the strategies to promote teachers' professional growth through parenting events. It is found that the positive effects of parenting events on kindergarten teachers' professional development are as follows: improving interpersonal interaction, renewing ideas, enriching educational experience, perfecting knowledge structure and enhancing self-development consciousness. At the same time, parenting events may have a negative impact on the professional growth of kindergarten teachers from the following aspects: reducing professional enthusiasm and ambition, reducing professional input, making professional education stagnant and weakening professional support to teachers. The study also found that the personal characteristics of kindergarten teachers, family support, kindergarten management style are the factors that lead to different consequences of parenting events. On the other hand, parenting events affect the professional growth of kindergarten teachers with the characteristics of mutual interaction, relative isolation, stage and lag. In order to further promote the positive impact of parenting events on the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and reduce the negative impact of parenting events on the professional growth of kindergarten teachers, researchers started with teachers' self-development. The self-development strategy of teachers is discussed from the angle of winning family support, and the management strategy of auxiliary teachers' development is discussed from the management mode of the head of the garden.
