【摘要】: 幼兒同伴沖突是在幼兒園中經(jīng)常見到的情況,一開始被人們看做暴力行為而遭到廣泛的禁止。但隨著對幼兒教育研究的日漸深入,越來越多的研究者意識到,幼兒同伴沖突作為幼兒生活中十分重要的一個(gè)部分,只要教師和家長加以正確引導(dǎo),不但有利于幼兒之間加深相互了解,而且有利于幼兒逐步去“自我中心化”和逐漸社會(huì)化。 目前,對幼兒同伴沖突的研究正在逐步增多,其中既有對同伴沖突本身特征的分析,還有對教師介入幼兒同伴沖突的分析。在各種專題研究的基礎(chǔ)上,人們對幼兒同伴沖突在幼兒教育中的價(jià)值有了初步的明確。但是,幼兒畢竟還小,在沖突中教師和家長應(yīng)該適時(shí)地給予幼兒必要和正確的指導(dǎo),并且有意識地引導(dǎo)幼兒正確地面對同伴沖突,采用更多積極策略解決同伴間的沖突。 大班幼兒已受過兩年系統(tǒng)的幼兒教育,智力和身心發(fā)展都有了長足進(jìn)步,對社會(huì)規(guī)范和人際關(guān)系處理也有了一定的認(rèn)識,因此大班幼兒面對同伴沖突的態(tài)度及解決策略的運(yùn)用與中、小班幼兒有了明顯的不同。處于這個(gè)階段的幼兒,他的同伴沖突觀將直接影響到幼兒社會(huì)化發(fā)展的程度,也將對幼兒的身心發(fā)展和人格塑造產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 本研究以大班幼兒同伴沖突問題為切入點(diǎn),對搜集到的大班幼兒同伴沖突的案例進(jìn)行分析、分類,總結(jié)大班幼兒同伴沖突的特點(diǎn),并探討影響大班幼兒同伴沖突的主要因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上論述幼兒同伴沖突對幼兒身心成長產(chǎn)生的積極影響并提出相關(guān)教育建議。
[Abstract]:Peer conflict is a common occurrence in kindergarten and is widely prohibited from being viewed as violent at first. However, with the deepening of the research on early childhood education, more and more researchers realize that as a very important part of children's life, as long as teachers and parents give correct guidance, It is not only conducive to deepening mutual understanding among children, but also conducive to the gradual de-centralization and socialization of young children. At present, the study of peer conflict is increasing gradually, including the analysis of the characteristics of peer conflict itself. There is also the analysis of teachers' intervention in children's peer conflict. On the basis of various special studies, the value of peer conflict in early childhood education has been preliminarily clarified. However, children are still young, teachers and parents should give necessary and correct guidance to children in conflict, and consciously guide children to face peer conflict correctly. Adopt more positive strategies to solve peer conflicts. Children in large classes have received two years of systematic early childhood education, have made great progress in intelligence and physical and mental development, and have also had a certain understanding of social norms and interpersonal relationship handling. Therefore, there are obvious differences between small class children and middle-class children in their attitude towards peer conflict and the use of solving strategies. At this stage, his peer conflict view will directly affect the degree of children's social development, and will also have a profound impact on children's physical and mental development and personality shaping. This paper analyzes and classifies the cases of peer conflict in large class, summarizes the characteristics of peer conflict in large class, and probes into the main factors that affect the peer conflict in large class. On this basis, this paper discusses the positive effects of peer conflict on children's physical and mental development and puts forward relevant educational suggestions.
