上海市幼兒園保育員參與家園聯(lián)系現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】: 幼兒園保育員是幼兒教育中不可或缺的重要角色。作為與幼兒有密切、頻繁接觸的保育員,她們的一舉一動及人格魅力對于幼兒有著重要的影響。家園聯(lián)系為促進幼兒身心全面和諧發(fā)展提供了一條有效的途徑。 家園聯(lián)系中保育員的參與對幼兒園及幼兒健康成長起著相當重要的作用。家、園的密切配合,從而形成教育合力,能有效提高學前教育質量已成為眾多幼教工作人員的共識。 目前,關于保育員的研究比較多,但關于參與家園聯(lián)系的研究現(xiàn)狀還是一片空白。本研究采用文獻法、問卷調查法、訪談法等研究方法,考察保育員參與家園聯(lián)系的現(xiàn)狀,分析保育員自身因素和幼兒園兩大因素對保育員參與家園聯(lián)系的影響,從而得出比較客觀的論斷,提出科學可行的建議和對策,加深及豐富保育員參與家園聯(lián)系研究的理論。研究結論如下: 第一,保育員對家園聯(lián)系的認知比較好,也渴望得到幼兒園的重視,提高自己參與家園聯(lián)系的質量。 第二,保育員參與家園聯(lián)系的頻率不高,且多為低層次的參與。她們往往只是停留在家長接送幼兒和家長間的簡單問候或者家長開放日時的簡單參與。由于自身因素及網(wǎng)絡等的發(fā)展,她們在參與家園聯(lián)系的過程中,所面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn)也是存在的。 本文在研究的基礎上對提高保育員高質量的參與家園聯(lián)系提出了相應的建議。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten nurse is an indispensable and important role in early childhood education. As nurseries who have close and frequent contact with young children, their behavior and personality charm have an important influence on children. The connection of home provides an effective way to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children's body and mind. The participation of nurseries plays a very important role in the healthy growth of kindergartens and children. The close cooperation between home and garden has become a common understanding among many preschool education staff members who can effectively improve the quality of pre-school education by forming a joint effort of education. At present, there are more studies on child-care workers. However, the status quo of participation in the study of home links is still a blank. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and so on to investigate the current situation of nurseries' participation in home connection, and to analyze the influence of two major factors, namely, the nurse's own factors and the kindergarten's, on the nurse's participation in the home connection. The conclusion is more objective, the scientific and feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to deepen and enrich the theory of nurses' participation in the study of home connection. The conclusions are as follows: first, the nurseries have a good understanding of the home connection, and they are eager to get attention from the kindergarten and improve the quality of their participation in the home connection. And mostly low level participation. They tend to stay in simple greetings between parents and their children or simply participate in open days. Due to the development of their own factors and networks, the difficulties and challenges they face in the process of participating in the connection of their homes also exist. On the basis of the research, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of the nurseries' participation in the home connection.
