【摘要】：園長應(yīng)是園本研修的首席研修者,發(fā)揮示范作用,做好研修的內(nèi)外溝通工作;園長應(yīng)是園本研修的組織保障者,做好研修的規(guī)劃和后勤保障;園長應(yīng)是園本研修的引領(lǐng)者,營造良好的研修氛圍,促進教師教育觀念與行為的真正轉(zhuǎn)變和落實。
