【摘要】：從湖南省學前教育師資的數(shù)量需求和質(zhì)量需求出發(fā),對湖南省2013~2020年學前教育師資供需狀況進行分析預測,同時結(jié)合對幼兒園教師質(zhì)量需求的調(diào)研,結(jié)果顯示為建設專業(yè)化幼兒園教師隊伍,滿足湖南學前教育事業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要,湖南省必須建構(gòu)幼兒園教師培養(yǎng)培訓體系、幼兒園教師準入質(zhì)量保障體系、幼兒園教師地位與待遇保障體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the quantity and quality demand of preschool education teachers in Hunan Province, this paper analyzes and forecasts the supply and demand of preschool teachers in Hunan Province from 2013 to 2020, and combines with the investigation and research on the quality demand of kindergarten teachers. The results show that in order to build professional kindergarten teachers and meet the needs of the rapid development of preschool education in Hunan Province, Hunan Province must construct a training system for kindergarten teachers and a quality assurance system for kindergarten teachers' admission.
