【摘要】：確立幼兒學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展的"合理期望",是提高幼兒園保教質(zhì)量、克服幼兒園教育"小學(xué)化"傾向的基本途徑與策略。幼兒園應(yīng)當(dāng)利用專門的工具,綜合運(yùn)用觀察、訪談、測量、作品分析等方法,從學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容和水平兩個角度,按照評價現(xiàn)狀、預(yù)測未來、提出期望、確定期望等四個步驟,確立本園幼兒學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展的合理期望。
[Abstract]:Establishing "reasonable expectation" of children's learning and development is the basic way and strategy to improve the quality of kindergarten education and overcome the tendency of "primary school" in kindergarten education. Kindergartens should make use of special tools, comprehensive use of observation, interview, measurement, work analysis and other methods, from the study content and level of two angles, according to the evaluation of the current situation, predict the future, put forward expectations, determine expectations, four steps. To establish the reasonable expectation of children's learning and development.
