功能性訓(xùn)練促進(jìn)5-6歲幼兒粗大動作發(fā)展的實證研究

【摘要】:目的:探討功能性訓(xùn)練對5-6歲幼兒粗大動作能力發(fā)展的影響。方法:隨機抽取石家莊某公立幼兒園5-6歲幼兒143名為研究對象,將其分為實驗組與對照組,實驗組70人,對照組73人。實驗組進(jìn)行12周的功能性訓(xùn)練干預(yù),對照組保持幼兒園原有體育活動內(nèi)容,干預(yù)前后,通過美國大肌肉動作技能發(fā)展測試系統(tǒng)第二版(TGMD-2),對受試幼兒粗大動作能力進(jìn)行測試。結(jié)果:(1)對照組幼兒粗大動作總分為74.65,其中位移動作得分39.82、控制動作得分34.83,較實驗前74.61、38.86和35.75,未見顯著性提高(P0.05);(2)實驗組幼兒粗大動作總分為85.74,其中位移動作得分44.60、控制動作得分41.14,較實驗前74.22、39.62和34.60,具有非常顯著性提高(P0.01);(3)實驗后實驗組與對照組幼兒相比,實驗組粗大動作、位移動作和控制動作得分均顯著性高于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:根據(jù)幼兒身心特點所設(shè)計的功能性訓(xùn)練能夠較好促進(jìn)5-6歲幼兒粗大動作水平發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of functional training on the development of gross motor ability of children aged 5-6 years. Methods: 143 children aged 5 to 6 years old in a public kindergarten in Shijiazhuang were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 70 in experimental group and 73 in control group. The experimental group underwent functional training for 12 weeks, while the control group maintained the original content of kindergarten physical activity. Before and after the intervention, the children's gross motor ability was tested through the second edition of the American large muscle Movement skill Development Test system (TGMD-2). Results the total score of gross action in control group was 74.65, in which the scores of displacement and control were 39.82 and 34.83, respectively, which were 38.86 and 35.75 respectively before the experiment. There was no significant improvement (P 0.05) the total score of coarse movement in the experimental group was 85.74, and the score of displacement was 44.60. The score of the control group was 41.14, which was significantly higher than that before the experiment (74.22) 39.62 and 34.60) after the experiment, the experimental group was compared with the control group. The scores of coarse, displacement and control movements in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: the functional training designed according to children's physical and mental characteristics can promote the development of children's gross movement level between 5 and 6 years old.
