幼兒心目中的理想教師形象研究

【摘要】:幼兒教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,使幼兒教師的形象備受關注。現(xiàn)實中,理想幼兒教師形象的塑造和推廣,不僅可以幫助幼兒教師們有針對性地完善自身形象,還能夠從根本上提高保教質量,促進幼兒教師專業(yè)化的進程。然而,在針對幼兒教師形象的諸多研究中,卻鮮有人將目光聚焦在幼兒身上,探尋幼兒對理想教師形象的需求。本研究力圖通過傾聽幼兒的心聲,揭示幼兒心目中的理想教師形象。 筆者選取了長春市4所幼兒園小中大班共96名幼兒,綜合采用訪談法、觀察法、測驗法和文獻法等研究方法,從理想幼兒教師形象的外在特征、內在特征和不同年齡段幼兒的需求等方面,對研究資料進行了梳理和分析,并以此為基礎,對幼兒描述理想教師形象背后的現(xiàn)實需求和發(fā)展趨勢進行了探討。得出主要結論如下: (1)從外在特征來看,幼兒心目中的理想教師形象需要在外表上善用配飾、多穿暖色;在言語上溫柔親切、清晰明了;在動作上親密接觸、幽默可愛。 (2)從內在特征來看,幼兒心目中的理想教師形象需要在性格上富有童心、保有細心、持有耐心、懷有寬容心;在能力上洞察敏銳、技能精湛、知識豐富,且能夠為幼兒創(chuàng)造適宜的發(fā)展機會和空間;在情感上對幼兒關心愛護、尊重理解、一視同仁。 (3)不同年齡段幼兒對理想教師形象的心理需求存在差異。小班幼兒對教師的漂亮外形、親切態(tài)度最為關注;中班幼兒更希望教師給予他們自由和充分的游戲時間,且在言語表達上生動、清晰;大班幼兒則需要教師以理服人、獎懲有度、公平公正。 最后,針對以上內容,以自我反思的方式,對幼兒口中所述與心中所想的一致性問題,以及幼兒心目中理想教師存在的現(xiàn)實可能性等問題進行了辨析,并對本研究中存在的不足之處進行了反省。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of early childhood education, the image of preschool teachers has attracted much attention. In reality, shaping and popularizing the ideal image of preschool teachers can not only help teachers to improve their own image, but also fundamentally improve the quality of care, and promote the process of preschool teachers' specialization. However, in many studies on the image of preschool teachers, few people focus on children to explore the needs of the ideal teacher image. This study tries to reveal the ideal teacher image by listening to the children. In this paper, 96 children in small, middle and large classes in 4 kindergartens in Changchun City were selected, and the external characteristics of ideal preschool teachers' image were analyzed by using the methods of interview, observation, test and literature. On the basis of the internal characteristics and the needs of children of different ages, this paper analyzes the research materials and discusses the realistic needs and development trends behind the description of the ideal teacher image of children. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) from the external characteristics, the ideal teacher image in the children's mind needs to make good use of accessories on appearance, wear warm color more; gentle and cordial in speech, clear and clear; close contact in action, humorous and lovely. (2) from the perspective of internal characteristics, the ideal image of a teacher in the eyes of a child needs to be childlike in character, careful, patient, tolerant, sensitive in ability, skillful in skill, and rich in knowledge. And can create suitable development opportunities and space for children; in emotional care and care for children, respect and understanding, equal treatment. 3) there are differences in the psychological needs of the ideal teacher image among children of different ages. Children in small classes are most concerned about the beautiful appearance of teachers. Middle class children want teachers to give them free and sufficient play time, and to express themselves vividly and clearly. Large class children need teachers to convince people with reason. Rewards and punishments are fair and just. Finally, in the light of the above contents, by self-reflection, the paper analyzes the consistency between the children's mouth and their minds, and the realistic possibility of the ideal teachers in the children's minds, and so on. The shortcomings of this study are also reviewed.
