農(nóng)村學前教育師資隊伍發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實困境與化解對策——以衢州市為例

【摘要】:加強師資隊伍建設是突破農(nóng)村學前教育發(fā)展瓶頸的關鍵,而農(nóng)村學前教育師資現(xiàn)狀總體不容樂觀,集中表現(xiàn)在師資短缺生師比高、年齡結構和學科結構不合理、學歷水平低、經(jīng)濟地位低下、工資待遇低等方面。為突破現(xiàn)狀應通過有效建立多渠道農(nóng)村教師補充機制,加大師資供給量;多種途徑擴大教師編制,優(yōu)化師資配置;建立健全農(nóng)村幼兒教師培訓體系,促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展;依托地方高校師范教育協(xié)同培養(yǎng)機制,推進城鄉(xiāng)學前教育一體化,從而促進農(nóng)村學前教育師資隊伍的建設,最終實現(xiàn)學前教育均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of teachers is the key to break through the bottleneck of rural preschool education development, but the present situation of pre-school teachers in rural areas is not optimistic on the whole, focusing on the shortage of teachers, the high ratio of students to teachers, the unreasonable age structure and discipline structure, and the low level of academic qualifications. Low economic status, low wages and other aspects. In order to break through the present situation, we should establish effective supplementary mechanism for rural teachers through multi-channel, increase the supply of teachers, expand the establishment of teachers through various ways, optimize the allocation of teachers, establish and improve the training system of rural preschool teachers, and promote the professional development of teachers. Depending on the cooperative training mechanism of normal education in local colleges and universities, the integration of urban and rural pre-school education can be promoted, so as to promote the construction of rural pre-school teachers and finally realize the balanced development of pre-school education.
