幼兒師范院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷的提高,社會(huì)各界對學(xué)前教育的關(guān)注程度不斷提升,人們已經(jīng)意識到學(xué)前教育的好壞將直接關(guān)系到其后代一生的成長狀況,也關(guān)系到其后代能否在社會(huì)中站穩(wěn)腳跟并得到幸福的生活,這是從一個(gè)家庭的角度來說。從社會(huì)角度來說,學(xué)前教育的質(zhì)量好壞將與一個(gè)社會(huì)國民素質(zhì)的高低息息相關(guān),與一個(gè)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度及綜合國力大小息息相關(guān)。學(xué)前教育事業(yè)不僅僅是一個(gè)國家的社會(huì)福利事業(yè),也從屬于社會(huì)公共服務(wù)的范疇。 伴隨著我國素質(zhì)教育的不斷推進(jìn)和新課改的進(jìn)一步落實(shí),黨中央對我國幼兒教育的重視程度也不斷加大,我國的學(xué)前教育事業(yè)取得了長足的進(jìn)步。幼兒師范院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)師資力量的構(gòu)建有了進(jìn)一步的提升,但與國外相比還存在一些不足與問題,具體表現(xiàn)在:客觀環(huán)境的限制;教師的職業(yè)道德不夠;知識內(nèi)容陳舊;教科研水平不足;幼兒教師的教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對薄弱;幼兒教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的建設(shè)中年齡結(jié)構(gòu)存在不合理現(xiàn)象;職稱結(jié)構(gòu)偏低;學(xué)緣結(jié)構(gòu)單一;雙師型教師比例低等方面。 針對當(dāng)前我國幼兒師范院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)師資力量存在的不足,本研究提出了以下對策:一是堅(jiān)持教學(xué)的過程中的科學(xué)研究理念;堅(jiān)持教學(xué)為核心的理念;注重科研的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;注重雙師型教師隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)。二是為幼兒師范院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)教師創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)和工作環(huán)境:完善教學(xué)科研設(shè)施;創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍;完善內(nèi)部管理體系;構(gòu)建師資團(tuán)隊(duì)文化。三是注重相關(guān)師資人才的培養(yǎng)和使用工作:合理配置師資人才;加強(qiáng)師德建設(shè);提高專業(yè)素養(yǎng);加大培訓(xùn)力度;注重青年教師的培養(yǎng)。四是加強(qiáng)和完善激勵(lì)和保障機(jī)制:建立科學(xué)合理的考核制度;制定有效的激勵(lì)政策;構(gòu)建合理的保障體系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, people's standard of living has been improved, and the attention of all walks of life to preschool education has been raised. People have realized that the quality of preschool education will directly relate to the growth of their offspring's life. It is also related to whether their descendants can stand firm in society and have a happy life, from the perspective of a family. From the social point of view, the quality of preschool education will be closely related to the national quality of a society, with a country's economic growth rate and the size of comprehensive national strength. Preschool education is not only the social welfare of a country, but also belongs to the social public service. With the continuous promotion of quality education and the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, the Party Central Committee has paid more and more attention to preschool education in our country, and the cause of preschool education in China has made great progress. The construction of preschool teachers in preschool education colleges and universities has been further improved, but there are still some shortcomings and problems compared with foreign countries. The teaching practice experience of preschool teachers is relatively weak; the age structure is unreasonable in the construction of the structure of preschool teachers; the structure of professional title is low; the structure of academic edge is single; the proportion of double-qualified teachers is low. In view of the shortage of preschool education teachers in preschool education colleges and universities in our country, this study puts forward the following countermeasures: first, adhere to the scientific research idea in the process of teaching, insist on the idea of teaching as the core; Pay attention to the coordinated development of scientific research, pay attention to the cultivation of double-qualified teachers. The second is to create a good learning and working environment for preschool education teachers in normal schools: perfect teaching and research facilities, create a good academic atmosphere, perfect the internal management system, and construct the culture of teachers' team. Third, pay attention to the training and use of relevant teachers: reasonable allocation of teachers; strengthen the construction of teacher ethics; improve professional literacy; increase training; pay attention to the training of young teachers. The fourth is to strengthen and perfect the incentive and security mechanism: to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system; to formulate effective incentive policies; and to build a reasonable security system.
