【摘要】：創(chuàng)建幼兒園文化,首先要形成符合實際的幼兒園文化新內(nèi)涵,處理好傳承與創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系;其次要集眾人智慧,讓全體教職工、家長與孩子成為文化建設(shè)的主體;第三要將文化建設(shè)落實到工作的各個方面,使之成為一種生機勃勃的催人奮發(fā)向上的組織精神。
[Abstract]:To create the kindergarten culture, we should first form the new connotation of the kindergarten culture and deal with the relationship between inheritance and innovation; secondly, we should set up the wisdom of people, let all the staff, parents and children become the main body of cultural construction; third, we should carry out the cultural construction to all aspects of the work and make it a kind of vigorous and vigorous development.
