【摘要】：城市化的深入推進不僅極大地擠壓了城市幼兒的活動空間,也極大地改變了城市幼兒的生活方式,這兩者的改變都對幼兒體育活動的開展和身心健康產(chǎn)生了重要影響。對上海市28所幼兒園204名幼兒參與園外體育運動的現(xiàn)狀所作調(diào)查表明:絕大多數(shù)幼兒喜歡體育運動;接近2/3的幼兒每天參與園外運動的時間不足半小時,超過4/5的幼兒每天參與園外運動時間不到1小時;幾乎每個幼兒在園外至少學(xué)習(xí)了一門課外課程。要逐步轉(zhuǎn)變幼兒體育活動不受重視的現(xiàn)象,就需要家長樹立正確的教育觀念,發(fā)揮大眾媒體的傳播導(dǎo)向作用,同時幼兒園應(yīng)與社區(qū)和家庭合作,共同為幼兒參與體育活動積極創(chuàng)造條件。
[Abstract]:The further promotion of urbanization not only greatly squeezes the urban children's activity space, but also greatly changes the urban children's life style. Both of these changes have an important impact on the development of children's sports activities and physical and mental health.A survey of 204 children in 28 kindergartens in Shanghai shows that most of them like sports, and nearly two thirds of children participate in sports outside the kindergarten for less than half an hour a day.More than four out of five children participate in less than an hour a day; almost every child takes at least one extracurricular course.In order to gradually change the phenomenon that children's sports activities are not taken seriously, it is necessary for parents to set up correct educational concepts and give play to the role of mass media in spreading and guiding. At the same time, kindergartens should cooperate with communities and families.Work together to actively create conditions for children to participate in sports activities.
