【摘要】：目的:對(duì)4-6歲兒童的X線頭顱側(cè)位片進(jìn)行分析,研究4-6歲兒童下頜骨的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育規(guī)律。方法:選取深圳市市屬幼兒園4歲兒童作為研究對(duì)象,連續(xù)觀察3年,每年拍攝頭顱側(cè)位片,并進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)頭影測(cè)量分析。結(jié)果:4-6歲兒童下頜骨的各角度測(cè)量指標(biāo)中,除了頜角有所減小外,其余各指標(biāo)都有一定程度的增加,且頜角、下頜平面角的變化具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在線距方面,下頜體長(zhǎng)度和下頜升支高度都有顯著性生長(zhǎng),而且,下頜升支逐年的生長(zhǎng)量變化具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),ANB角、Y軸角及面角的變化無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:4-6歲兒童下頜骨有明顯的生長(zhǎng),且生長(zhǎng)速度逐年下降,下頜支和下頜體發(fā)生向下向后的旋轉(zhuǎn),且下頜體旋轉(zhuǎn)的程度較小,出現(xiàn)頜角的減小和下頜骨形狀的變化。上下頜骨的矢狀向關(guān)系基本不變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the growth and development of mandible in children aged 4-6 years.Methods: children aged 4 years old in Shenzhen municipal kindergarten were selected as the research objects. The lateral cephalograms were taken every year for 3 consecutive years, and the computer cephalometric analysis was carried out.Results among the mandibular angle measurements of children aged 4-6 years, except for the decrease of the mandibular angle, the other indexes increased to a certain extent, and the changes of the mandibular angle and the mandibular plane angle were statistically significant (P 0.05).The length of mandibular body and the height of mandibular ramus had significant growth in on-line distance. Moreover, the annual growth of mandibular ramus had statistical significance. There was no statistical significance in the change of Y axis angle and facial angle of mandibular ascending branch (P 0.05).Conclusion the mandible of the children aged 4 to 6 years old has obvious growth, and the growth rate is decreasing year by year. The mandibular branches and the mandibular body rotate backward, and the degree of rotation of the mandible body is smaller, the mandibular angle decreases and the shape of the mandible changes.The sagittal relationship of the upper and lower mandibles was basically unchanged.
