【摘要】: 在不斷提高教育質(zhì)量的呼聲中,教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化思潮漸漸興起。高素質(zhì)的教師是高質(zhì)量教育的前提條件,幼兒教育也不例外。幼兒教育是一個(gè)人接受教育的起始階段,作為最基礎(chǔ)的啟蒙教育,越來(lái)越受到廣泛的關(guān)注。幼兒教育的興衰成敗關(guān)系到整個(gè)國(guó)家教育的興衰,而幼兒教師正是幼兒教育的組織者、實(shí)施者,所以說(shuō)幼兒教育要發(fā)展,幼兒教師是關(guān)鍵。幼兒教育質(zhì)量的高低取決于幼兒教師的素質(zhì),所以幼兒教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)已刻不容緩。而保定市作為一座歷史文化名城,首先文化氛圍濃郁,其教育在河北省處于較高的水平;其次保定市的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況在全省名列前茅;再次保定市距離北京很近,北京先進(jìn)的育兒觀念和育兒方法也很容易傳播到保定這座古城,促使保定市的幼兒教育具有較高水平,雖然有些幼兒教師有一定的水平,但她們對(duì)于自身的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)往往缺乏主動(dòng)的意識(shí),更有一些幼兒教師更是抱著做一天和尚撞一天鐘的態(tài)度,這不利于幼兒教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng),為此,本文選擇了保定市幼兒園教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)作為研究主題。 本論文共分六章。第一章是引言,主要闡述課題的提出,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究的目的和意義,創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn);第二章對(duì)概念以及理論基礎(chǔ)做了詳細(xì)論述,分別論述了國(guó)辦幼兒園與民辦幼兒園的概念、幼兒教師的概念、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的概念和幼兒教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的概念,為下文分析幼兒教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)奠定了基礎(chǔ)、提供理論支撐;第三章和第四章是文章的實(shí)證研究部分:第三章簡(jiǎn)單介紹了研究的問(wèn)題,研究的理論假設(shè),調(diào)查方法;第四章為調(diào)查結(jié)果與分析;第五章在調(diào)查結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上得出結(jié)論,并從幼兒園的管理和教師自身素質(zhì)的提高兩個(gè)維度,來(lái)為保定市國(guó)辦幼兒園教師民辦幼兒園教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)提供建議;第六章為結(jié)語(yǔ)部分。
[Abstract]:In the voice of improving the quality of education, the trend of teacher specialization is rising gradually. High quality teachers are the precondition of high quality education, and early childhood education is no exception. Early childhood education is the initial stage of a person's education. As the most basic enlightenment education, more and more attention has been paid to the rise and fall of early childhood education. The success or failure of early childhood education is related to the rise and fall of education in the whole country. And early childhood teachers are the organizers and implementers of early childhood education, so it is said that early childhood education should be developed. Preschool teachers are the key. The quality of early childhood education depends on the quality of preschool teachers, so the professional growth of preschool teachers is urgent. As a famous historical and cultural city, Baoding City has a rich cultural atmosphere. Its education is at a relatively high level in Hebei Province; secondly, the economic situation of Baoding City is among the highest in the province; once again, Baoding City is very close to Beijing, and Beijing's advanced concepts and methods of child-rearing are easily spread to this ancient city of Baoding. The early childhood education in Baoding City has a high level. Although some preschool teachers have a certain level, they often lack active awareness of their professional growth. More some preschool teachers have the attitude of doing a day monk hit a day clock, which is not conducive to the professional growth of early childhood teachers, therefore, this paper chose Baoding City kindergarten teachers professional growth as the research theme. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly describes the subject, the current situation of research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the research, innovation points and difficulties; the second chapter discusses the concept and theoretical basis in detail. It discusses the concepts of state-owned kindergarten and private kindergarten, the concept of preschool teacher, the concept of teacher professional growth and the concept of preschool teacher professional growth, which lays a foundation for the analysis of preschool teacher professional growth and provides theoretical support. Chapter three and chapter four are the empirical research part of the article: chapter three introduces the problems of the research, the theoretical hypothesis of the research, the investigation method; the fourth chapter is the investigation result and the analysis; the fifth chapter draws the conclusion on the basis of the investigation results. And from the management of kindergartens and the improvement of teachers' own quality of two dimensions to provide suggestions for the professional growth of teachers of state-owned kindergartens in Baoding; the sixth chapter is the conclusion part.
