【摘要】： 當(dāng)今,民辦園與公辦園之間、同類民辦園之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)從硬實(shí)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)向軟實(shí)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。人們對(duì)文化軟實(shí)力的問題日益重視,園長(zhǎng)紛紛著力打造自己幼兒園的文化軟實(shí)力,以求在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。 本研究在學(xué)習(xí)梳理當(dāng)前關(guān)于文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)和民辦幼兒園研究最新理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用個(gè)案研究方法,對(duì)湖南省某民辦幼兒園的文化軟實(shí)力打造進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)、深入的研究。全文共包括五個(gè)部分。 第一部分:引言。主要闡明了研究的緣起,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的研究概況、研究方法和意義。 第二部分:描述。筆者對(duì)樣本幼兒園文化軟實(shí)力的現(xiàn)狀作了簡(jiǎn)要描述。 第三部分:基本策略。介紹了樣本幼兒園在園長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,打造幼兒園文化軟實(shí)力的相關(guān)策略。具體包括:基于生存和發(fā)展內(nèi)在需求的文化自覺;塑造與積淀園所精神文化的理念提升;提升執(zhí)行力與管理績(jī)效的制度保障。 第四部分:影響因素分析。通過一系列訪談實(shí)錄,發(fā)掘出影響樣本園園長(zhǎng)建設(shè)文化軟實(shí)力的因素。從園長(zhǎng)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理的概念的理解、對(duì)他人缺乏信任感和理念個(gè)人化等方面進(jìn)行了分析。 第五部分:啟示�；趯�(duì)樣本幼兒園打造文化軟實(shí)力的剖析和影響因素的深刻把握,筆者總結(jié)了其經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition between private gardens and public gardens has shifted from hard power competition to soft power competition. People pay more and more attention to the issue of cultural soft power. In order to be in the increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position. On the basis of studying and combing the latest theoretical achievements on the construction of cultural soft power and the research of private kindergartens, this study makes a more detailed study of the cultural soft power of a private kindergarten in Hunan Province by using the method of case study. The thesis consists of five parts. The first part: introduction. It mainly explains the origin of the research, introduces the existing research situation, research methods and significance at home and abroad. The second part: description. The author briefly describes the status of soft power of the sample kindergarten culture. The third part: the basic strategy. It introduces the related strategies to build the cultural soft power of the kindergarten under the leadership of the kindergarten director, including: the cultural consciousness based on the inherent needs of survival and development; The idea of shaping and accumulating the spiritual culture of the garden is improved, and the system guarantee of executive ability and management performance is improved. Part 4th: analysis of influencing factors. Through a series of interviews, the author finds out the factors that affect the cultural soft power of the sample garden chief. This paper analyzes the lack of trust and the concept of personalization of others. Part 5th: enlightenments. Based on the analysis of the soft power of the sample kindergartens and the profound understanding of the influencing factors, the author summarizes its experience and lessons.
