幼兒園選用教材及教師指導(dǎo)用書的現(xiàn)狀與存在問(wèn)題分析——以湖南省為例

【摘要】:此研究對(duì)湖南省幼兒園教師選用教材及教師指導(dǎo)用書的來(lái)源、種類、接受相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、實(shí)際采用比重、滿意程度等方面的調(diào)查顯示,當(dāng)前幼兒園教師仍然十分依賴教材及教師指導(dǎo)用書,但所選用的教材及教師指導(dǎo)用書來(lái)源較為單一,種類不豐富,培訓(xùn)不充分,實(shí)際采用的比重偏高,滿意度一般,園內(nèi)外的行政干預(yù)較深,同時(shí)存在著較為顯著的城鄉(xiāng)差距。從提高幼兒園教育質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)每個(gè)兒童身心健康和諧發(fā)展的角度而言,教育行政或教研部門及幼兒園自身都應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)幼兒園課程資源建設(shè),以改變過(guò)度依賴教材及教師指導(dǎo)用書的現(xiàn)狀,并應(yīng)盡可能減少園內(nèi)外行政干預(yù),建立教師自我評(píng)價(jià)和選用教學(xué)資源制度;加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn),豐富教研,提高教師把握課程的能力,同時(shí)還應(yīng)加大對(duì)涉農(nóng)地區(qū)幼兒園的扶持,縮小地域差距。
[Abstract]:In this study, the sources, types, relevant training, actual proportion and satisfaction of the selection of teaching materials and teacher guidance books for kindergarten teachers in Hunan Province were investigated. At present, kindergarten teachers still rely heavily on teaching materials and teachers' guidance books, but the textbooks and teachers' guidance books are selected from a single source, which are not rich in variety, insufficient in training, high in actual use, and generally satisfactory. The administrative intervention inside and outside the garden is deep, and there is a significant gap between urban and rural areas. From the point of view of improving the quality of kindergarten education and promoting the harmonious development of every child's physical and mental health, Educational administration or teaching and research departments and kindergartens themselves should further strengthen the construction of kindergarten curriculum resources in order to change the situation of over-reliance on teaching materials and teachers' guidance books, and should minimize administrative intervention in and out of the garden as far as possible. The system of teachers' self-evaluation and selection of teaching resources should be established, training should be strengthened, teaching and research should be enriched, and teachers' ability to grasp the curriculum should be improved. At the same time, more support should be given to kindergartens in agriculture-related areas and regional disparities should be narrowed.
