幼師男生專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的社會(huì)期待調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:男生加入幼教行業(yè)備受社會(huì)關(guān)注,但同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了許多困惑。通過(guò)調(diào)查顯示:幼兒園歡迎男幼師,甚至把男幼師當(dāng)作招生廣告;而在實(shí)際幼兒園中,男幼師通常只被要求上體能課,他們無(wú)法發(fā)展其他方面的優(yōu)勢(shì);女幼師則希望男幼師參與幼兒園更多的活動(dòng)。同時(shí),家長(zhǎng)呼喚男幼師,他們普遍認(rèn)為男幼師能彌補(bǔ)女幼師在發(fā)展幼兒個(gè)性品質(zhì)方面的不足。課題組針對(duì)不同的社會(huì)期待,結(jié)合男幼師的現(xiàn)實(shí)處境,提出了相應(yīng)的思考和建議。
[Abstract]:Boys' participation in the preschool education industry has attracted much attention, but it has also brought a lot of confusion. According to the survey, kindergarten welcomes male kindergarten teachers and even regards male kindergarten teachers as recruitment advertisements; in actual kindergartens, however, Male kindergarten teachers are usually only required to attend physical fitness classes, and they are unable to develop other advantages; female kindergarten teachers want male kindergarten teachers to participate in more activities. Meanwhile, parents call on male kindergarten teachers. They generally think that male kindergarten teachers can make up for the deficiency of female kindergarten teachers in the development of children's personality quality. According to different social expectations and combined with the actual situation of male kindergarten teachers, the study group put forward corresponding thinking and suggestions.
