大班幼兒規(guī)避行為研究

【摘要】: 規(guī)避行為是幼兒面臨自我生存和規(guī)則環(huán)境之間的沖突而發(fā)展出的社會化行為,對它進(jìn)行考察有助于探明幼兒社會化過程中心理的變化,發(fā)掘幼兒規(guī)則認(rèn)知的特點(diǎn),豐富幼兒社會化理論。 本研究采用質(zhì)的研究方法對幼兒規(guī)避行為進(jìn)行實(shí)地觀察和訪談,采用“白描”的方式記錄觀察結(jié)果。獲取資料后編碼分析,通過量的統(tǒng)計(jì)呈現(xiàn)幼兒規(guī)避行為的大體狀況,通過質(zhì)的分析進(jìn)一步揭示規(guī)避行為的類型、特征,進(jìn)而分析成因,提出相應(yīng)的教育建議。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),規(guī)避行為由規(guī)避主體、規(guī)避對象、規(guī)避行為和規(guī)避結(jié)果四個(gè)要素組成,具有結(jié)果偏離性、行為關(guān)聯(lián)性和動機(jī)利己性三大特征,是有別于失范行為、越軌行為的幼兒策略化行為。 根據(jù)規(guī)避指向的不同可區(qū)分為指向教師的幼兒規(guī)避和指向同伴的幼兒規(guī)避;根據(jù)規(guī)避策略載體的不同可區(qū)分為言語規(guī)避和動作規(guī)避;根據(jù)規(guī)避結(jié)果的不同可區(qū)分為完全成功的規(guī)避、部分成功的規(guī)避和失敗的規(guī)避。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),幼兒規(guī)避行為主要發(fā)生在轉(zhuǎn)換活動期間,其解釋具有自我服務(wù)的歸因傾向,而規(guī)避指向的不同也影響幼兒規(guī)避策略的采用和規(guī)避的成敗;作為規(guī)避指向的教師常調(diào)整自身行為、適應(yīng)幼兒的需求。 幼兒規(guī)避行為的產(chǎn)生是多方面因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,需求的沖突是行為發(fā)生的前提條件,利己是規(guī)避行為發(fā)生的根本動因,幼兒認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)和規(guī)范構(gòu)成了規(guī)避行為發(fā)生的內(nèi)外部因素。面對幼兒的規(guī)避行為,教師應(yīng)樹立正確的態(tài)度,建立完善的規(guī)范制度,理解并為幼兒社會化提供支持。
[Abstract]:Evading behavior is a kind of socialization behavior developed by children facing the conflict between self-existence and rule environment. It is helpful to investigate the psychological changes in the process of children's socialization and explore the characteristics of children's cognition of rules. Enrich the theory of children's socialization. This study used qualitative research methods to conduct field observation and interview on children's circumvention behavior, and recorded the observation results by "white drawing". After obtaining the data, the data were coded and analyzed, and the statistics of throughput showed the general situation of children's circumvention behavior. Through qualitative analysis, the types and characteristics of evading behavior are further revealed, and the causes are analyzed, and corresponding educational suggestions are put forward. The study found that the evading behavior is different from the abnormal behavior because it is composed of four elements: the subject of circumvention, the object of circumvention, the evading behavior and the result of circumvention, which are characterized by deviation of result, relevance of behavior and self-interest of motive. Children's strategic behavior of deviant behavior. According to the different circumvention strategies, it can be divided into the avoidance of children pointing to teachers and the avoidance of children pointing to peers, and the different carriers of circumvention strategies can be divided into avoidance of speech and avoidance of action. According to the different results of circumvention, it can be divided into completely successful circumvention, partial successful circumvention and unsuccessful evading. The study found that children's evading behavior mainly occurs during the transition activities, and their explanations have the tendency of self-service attribution. The difference of circumvention direction also affects the adoption of avoidance strategy and the success or failure of evading. Teachers as circumvention direction often adjust their own behavior to meet the needs of children. The emergence of children's evading behavior is the result of the comprehensive action of many factors, the conflict of demand is the prerequisite for the occurrence of the behavior, and self-interest is the fundamental reason for the occurrence of the evading behavior. Children's cognitive characteristics and norms constitute the internal and external factors of evading behavior. In the face of children's evading behavior, teachers should establish a correct attitude, establish a perfect normative system, understand and provide support for children's socialization.
