【摘要】：家庭和幼兒園如同天平的兩端,只有雙方通力合作,天平才有可能達(dá)到平衡,才能達(dá)到學(xué)前教育的最終目的——幼兒的健康成長(zhǎng)以及和諧發(fā)展。家長(zhǎng)參與幼兒園教育具有非常重大的意義,它不僅能夠促進(jìn)幼兒身心全面和諧發(fā)展,也能提升幼兒園和家庭教育質(zhì)量的提高,對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展也起到積極的作用。 本研究在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的家長(zhǎng)參與幼兒園教育相關(guān)理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問(wèn)卷法調(diào)查武漢市幾所不同等級(jí)的幼兒園家長(zhǎng)參與的狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前武漢市家長(zhǎng)參與幼兒園教育存在以下具體問(wèn)題：家長(zhǎng)參與程度不高、參與方式單一、家長(zhǎng)參與缺乏主動(dòng)性。在此基礎(chǔ)之上分析了這些問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,主要包括政府及其推行的政策、家長(zhǎng)自身和教師的觀念以及家長(zhǎng)與教師之間的關(guān)系等等。 為此,本研究提出了促進(jìn)家長(zhǎng)參與幼兒園教育的以下相關(guān)建議：政府主管部門(mén)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)立法,重視并加強(qiáng)管理；幼兒園應(yīng)拓寬渠道,為家長(zhǎng)參與幼兒園教育提供平臺(tái)；家長(zhǎng)應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,積極參與幼兒園教育。
[Abstract]:Family and kindergarten are like two ends of the balance. Only when the two sides work together, can the balance be balanced. Only in order to achieve the ultimate goal of preschool education-the healthy growth and harmonious development of children. Parents' participation in kindergarten education is of great significance, and it can not only promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children's body and mind. It can also improve the quality of kindergarten and family education and play a positive role in the development of preschool education in China. Based on the theory and experience of parents' participation in kindergarten education at home and abroad, this study investigated the status of parents' participation in several kindergartens in Wuhan by questionnaire. It is found that there are the following specific problems in the participation of parents in kindergarten education in Wuhan: the degree of parental participation is not high, the mode of participation is single, and the parents' participation is lack of initiative. On the basis of this, the causes of these problems are analyzed. It mainly includes the government and its policies, the concept of parents and teachers, and the relationship between parents and teachers. Therefore, this study puts forward the following suggestions to promote parents' participation in kindergarten education: government departments should strengthen legislation, attach importance to and strengthen management, kindergartens should broaden channels to provide a platform for parents to participate in kindergarten education; Parents should change their educational concept and actively participate in kindergarten education.
