【摘要】: 本研究采用社會(huì)科學(xué)研究中日益興起的質(zhì)的研究方法對(duì)幼兒園手工活動(dòng)中教師指導(dǎo)的價(jià)值取向進(jìn)行研究。研究的對(duì)象是長(zhǎng)春市童童幼兒園(化名)的悠然老師,她是幼兒園手工活動(dòng)室的專(zhuān)職教師,同時(shí)也是首次創(chuàng)建幼兒園手工活動(dòng)室。研究者以理解支持幼兒教師的態(tài)度為基點(diǎn),站在客觀(guān)的角度上,通過(guò)觀(guān)察、訪(fǎng)談、相關(guān)資料搜集等個(gè)案研究的方法對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了深入地研究:揭示幼兒園活動(dòng)中教師指導(dǎo)的價(jià)值取向表現(xiàn)特征,站在幼兒教師的角度尋找其指導(dǎo)價(jià)值取向的影響因素,且深入細(xì)致地進(jìn)行了分析,最后對(duì)教師指導(dǎo)的價(jià)值取向的發(fā)展提出了展望構(gòu)想。文章分為五個(gè)部分: 第一部分開(kāi)宗明義地提出了論文的研究原因、作出了相關(guān)概念的界定、綜述了相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)、闡述了論文研究的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。 第二部分研究過(guò)程描述。從研究方法的選擇、抽樣、資料的收集和整理、研究反思、研究效度和倫理道德問(wèn)題五個(gè)角度闡述研究過(guò)程。 第三部分幼兒園手工活動(dòng)中教師指導(dǎo)的價(jià)值取向的質(zhì)化研究。根據(jù)研究者的觀(guān)察、訪(fǎng)談及對(duì)相關(guān)資料的收集整理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)幼兒園教師的指導(dǎo)價(jià)值取向現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述和分析。 第四部分研究結(jié)果的討論。從教師指導(dǎo)價(jià)值取向的整體特征和影響因素兩方面對(duì)個(gè)案研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了理論闡述和探究。 第五部分展望。研究者從正面對(duì)教育現(xiàn)象提出了宏觀(guān)的教育建議和展望,研究者的教育觀(guān)念和取向躍然紙端,希望能夠給現(xiàn)有的教育狀況注入新鮮的血液和活力。
[Abstract]:In this study, the value orientation of teachers' guidance in kindergarten manual activities is studied by using the method of qualitative research, which is emerging day by day in social science research. The object of this study is the relaxed teacher of Changchun Tong Tong Kindergarten (alias). She is a full-time kindergarten manual activity room teachers, but also the first time to create a kindergarten manual activity room. Based on understanding and supporting the attitude of kindergarten teachers, the researcher stands on the objective point of view, through observation, interviews. Relevant data collection and other case studies of the method of in-depth study of this paper: to reveal the value orientation of kindergarten activities of the characteristics of value orientation. From the point of view of preschool teachers, this paper looks for the influencing factors of its guiding value orientation, and makes a thorough and meticulous analysis. Finally, it puts forward a prospect for the development of teachers' guiding value orientation. The article is divided into five parts: In the first part, the author puts forward the research reasons of the thesis, defines the related concepts, summarizes the relevant research documents, and expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of the research. The second part describes the research process from five angles: the choice of research methods, sampling, data collection and collation, research reflection, research validity and ethical issues. The third part is the qualitative research on the value orientation of teachers' guidance in kindergarten manual activities. According to the observation of the researchers, interviews and the collection of relevant information on the basis of. This paper describes and analyzes the present situation of the guiding value orientation of kindergarten teachers. Part 4th discusses the results of the case study from the aspects of the overall characteristics and influencing factors of the value orientation of teachers' guidance, and makes a theoretical exposition and exploration of the results of the case study. Part 5th: the author puts forward the macroscopic education suggestion and prospect from the positive side, and the educational concept and orientation of the researcher is very clear. Hope to inject fresh blood and vitality into the existing educational situation.
