【摘要】：采取文獻(xiàn)資料法和內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)英國(guó)和加拿大兩國(guó)嬰幼兒身體活動(dòng)指南所涉及相關(guān)內(nèi)容的異同進(jìn)行了比較,并對(duì)國(guó)外嬰幼兒動(dòng)作發(fā)展進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的討論。研究表明:兩國(guó)所制定的身體活動(dòng)指南均以嬰幼兒身心和動(dòng)作發(fā)展規(guī)律為依據(jù),并提供了較好的具體參考范例,在實(shí)踐中便于模仿操作,易懂易學(xué);通過對(duì)兩國(guó)身體活動(dòng)指南的背景和依據(jù)、結(jié)構(gòu)形式、嬰幼兒群體的劃分、對(duì)嬰幼兒作用和益處的強(qiáng)調(diào)、活動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的界定、建議內(nèi)容、提供活動(dòng)的具體內(nèi)容事例七個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了對(duì)比和分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了國(guó)外嬰幼兒身體活動(dòng)指南的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)并得出啟示、提出建議,為我國(guó)將來科學(xué)制定嬰幼兒身體活動(dòng)指南或?qū)嵤⿱胗變簞?dòng)作教育提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature and content analysis, the similarities and differences of the related contents in the guidelines of infant and child physical activity in Britain and Canada were compared. The study shows that the guidelines of body activity in the two countries are based on the development of infant body, mind, body and movement, and provide a good reference example. In practice, easy to imitate and operate, easy to understand and learn; Through the two countries of the physical activities of the background and basis of the guidelines, structural forms, infant and child groups, the emphasis on the role and benefits of infants and young children, the definition of activity intensity, the content of the recommendations. On the basis of the comparison and analysis of the specific contents and examples of the activities, this paper summarizes the development trend of the guidelines for the physical activities of infants and young children in foreign countries, draws inspiration and puts forward some suggestions. It provides reference for our country to make the guide of infant body activity scientifically or to carry out infant movement education in the future.
