【摘要】: 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是一種影響力,這種影響力是一種可以引導(dǎo)或激發(fā)他人向一定方向努力的能力。以往研究中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是屬于工商業(yè)組織行為理論范疇。近年來,在教育組織行為理論發(fā)展的今天,開始有研究者關(guān)注領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力對教育活動所帶來的巨大績效。幼兒園作為基礎(chǔ)的教育機構(gòu),與其他機構(gòu)在管理上具有相當(dāng)?shù)墓残。筆者在幼兒園管理活動中,把園長的管理提升到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度,對園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力進行了理論和實踐的分析。在文獻研究和調(diào)查研究的過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力主要還是以傳統(tǒng)行政權(quán)力作為基礎(chǔ),以經(jīng)驗式的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為主導(dǎo)幼兒園的發(fā)展進程,教師只是無條件地服從園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),這種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為已經(jīng)遠遠不能適應(yīng)園長專業(yè)化發(fā)展的要求,與當(dāng)前教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的理論和實踐也有一定的差距,不僅對于幼兒教育的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大的障礙,即便是對于園長自身的發(fā)展也帶來了很多不利因素。筆者重點對園長的傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論、現(xiàn)狀進行了深度地反思、調(diào)查與分析,并重構(gòu)了園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,以賦予幼兒園管理一種新的生命活力,并進而達成幼兒園管理元價值訴求的實現(xiàn)。 全文共分五個部分:第一部分,闡述論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方案及文獻綜述。第二部分,對幼兒園園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力進行理論研究,,主要包括界定相關(guān)概念,分析領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的結(jié)構(gòu)等。第三部分,對園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為進行實證研究,主要通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談及觀察等方法去了解園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格及被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對園長的認知等。第四部分,反思當(dāng)前園長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的狀況,主要從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論、傳統(tǒng)文化、幼兒園自身特點及園長自身等角度看園長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。第五部分,研究園長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的重構(gòu)問題,主要闡述重構(gòu)的理念、基礎(chǔ)和策略。最后,對本研究的研究結(jié)論作出總體概括。
[Abstract]:The leadership is a kind of influence, this kind of influence is a kind of ability that can lead or inspire others to work in a certain direction. In the past research, leadership belongs to the theory of industrial and commercial organization behavior. With the development of educational organization behavior theory, some researchers begin to pay attention to the great achievements that leadership brings to educational activities. Kindergarten is the foundation of educational institutions. With other organizations in the management has a considerable common. The author in kindergarten management activities, the management of the head of the garden to the leadership of the height. In the process of literature research and investigation, it is found that the current leadership of the chief of the garden is mainly based on the traditional administrative power. The development process of kindergarten is dominated by experiential leadership behavior, and the teachers only serve the leadership of the kindergarten head unconditionally. This kind of leadership behavior can not meet the requirements of the professional development of the kindergarten head. There is also a certain gap with the theory and practice of current education leadership, not only for the development of early childhood education has a great obstacle. Even for the development of their own also brought a lot of unfavorable factors. The author focuses on the traditional leadership theory, the current situation of in-depth reflection, investigation and analysis, and reconstruction of the leadership of the head of the garden. In order to give kindergarten management a new vitality, and then achieve the realization of kindergarten management meta-value. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part, describes the research background, research significance, research plan and literature review. The third part is empirical research on the leadership behavior of the head of the garden, mainly through questionnaires, interviews and observations to understand the leadership behavior of the director. Part 4th reflects on the current situation of the leadership of the head of the garden, mainly from the leadership theory, traditional culture. From the point of view of the kindergarten's own characteristics and the kindergarten's own leadership. Part 5th, the author studies the reconstruction of the chief's leadership, mainly expounds the concept, foundation and strategy of the reconstruction. Finally. The conclusion of this study is summarized.
