【摘要】：教育部2001年頒布的《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要(試行)》(以下簡稱《綱要》)中強(qiáng)調(diào):“幼兒園教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,是我國學(xué)校教育和終身教育的奠基階段�！笨梢�,幼兒園教育的好壞,不僅關(guān)系到整個幼兒階段兒童的教育質(zhì)量,而且還影響到我國學(xué)校教育的質(zhì)量和水平,影響兒童一生的成長和發(fā)展。幼兒園科學(xué)教育是幼兒園教育的重要組成部分。《綱要》對幼兒園科學(xué)教育的實質(zhì)和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了新的規(guī)范,對幼兒園科學(xué)教育活動的開展提出了新的要求。但由于科學(xué)教育理論與實踐之間存在一定的差距。因此,如何真正有效的貫徹《綱要》的精神,改進(jìn)幼兒園科學(xué)教育質(zhì)量就成了一個迫切需要解決的問題。 本研究通過對西北地區(qū)軍隊幼兒園中科學(xué)教育開展?fàn)顩r的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),自從《綱要》頒布之后,軍隊幼兒園紛紛在各自的幼兒園內(nèi)開展了多種多樣的科學(xué)教育實踐活動,這些探索和實踐分別從科學(xué)教育的環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)、科學(xué)教育活動方案設(shè)計、科學(xué)教育活動的實施等多個方面入手,積累了諸多科學(xué)教育的實踐經(jīng)驗,主要體現(xiàn)在各幼兒園開始關(guān)注環(huán)境,關(guān)注活動,關(guān)注幼兒。但由于幼兒園教師在化“理論”為“行動’’的過程中,受教育觀念、教學(xué)策略等的影響,不能準(zhǔn)確而又全面的理解《綱要》對科學(xué)教育的新要求,因此,科學(xué)教育實踐活動依然存在很多問題。 通過對現(xiàn)狀的分析,影響西北地區(qū)軍隊幼兒園科學(xué)教育實施的因素主要有幼兒園教師的科學(xué)教育觀念、教育策略、幼兒園內(nèi)部的教學(xué)管理環(huán)境以及幼兒園科學(xué)教育活動的評價等方面。 結(jié)合西北地區(qū)軍隊幼兒園科學(xué)教育實施的現(xiàn)狀,要改善西北地區(qū)軍隊幼兒園科學(xué)教育的實施狀況,須從以下幾個方面入手: 1.深化教師對幼兒園科學(xué)教育的認(rèn)識與理解,轉(zhuǎn)變教師的教育觀念,提高教師的教育水平; 2.促進(jìn)幼兒園教師的專業(yè)化成長,實現(xiàn)科學(xué)教育理論向教育實踐的轉(zhuǎn)化; 3.創(chuàng)設(shè)一個開放、自由的幼兒園教學(xué)管理環(huán)境; 4.形成幼兒園發(fā)展性科學(xué)教育評價制度。
[Abstract]:The kindergarten education is an important part of basic education , it is the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in China . Through the research on the status of the science education in the military kindergarten in the Northwest China , the army kindergartens have carried out various scientific educational practice activities in their respective kindergartens . These exploration and practice have accumulated a number of practical experiences of scientific education from the aspects of environment creation , scientific education activity design and implementation of science education activities . Through the analysis of the present situation , the factors that affect the implementation of the science education of military kindergartens in Northwest China mainly include the scientific education idea , education strategy , the teaching management environment inside the kindergarten and the evaluation of the kindergarten science education activities . In order to improve the implementation of the science education of military kindergartens in Northwest China , the author starts with the following aspects : 1 . To deepen the teacher ' s understanding and understanding of the kindergarten science education , change the teacher ' s educational concept and improve the teacher ' s educational level ; 2 . Promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers and realize the transformation of science education theory to educational practice ; 3 . Establish an open and free kindergarten teaching management environment ; 4 . The evaluation system of kindergarten development science education is formed .
