【摘要】：為考察幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持及自尊的相互作用關(guān)系,建立三者的關(guān)系模型,采用分層整群抽樣,抽取473名幼兒教師,采用教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同量表、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持量表(PSSS)和自尊量表(SES)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,收回有效問卷450份。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)幼兒教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持及自尊三者之間存在顯著正相關(guān);自尊具有不完全中介效應(yīng),中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的32.4%。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity, understanding the interaction between social support and self-esteem, the relationship model of the three, using the stratified cluster sampling, 473 preschool teachers selected by the teachers' occupation identity scale, perceived social support scale (PSSS) and self esteem scale (SES) investigation, questionnaires 450. The kindergarten teachers' occupation identity, there is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and self-esteem three; self-esteem has mediating effect, the mediating effect to the total effect of 32.4%.
