【摘要】：食品安全是社會(huì)熱點(diǎn),也是國人關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),而公共食堂由于服務(wù)對(duì)象數(shù)量大,食品安全問題尤為重要,特別是對(duì)于幼兒園食堂而言,由于服務(wù)的對(duì)象是幼兒,更要嚴(yán)把食品安全,讓孩子們吃得安全、吃得放心。本文將分析幼兒園食堂如何加強(qiáng)食品安全管理,將重點(diǎn)從五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述:嚴(yán)把源頭,確保食材質(zhì)量;精益求精,把關(guān)制作流程;保持謹(jǐn)慎,做好餐前餐中餐后;認(rèn)真考核,加強(qiáng)日常監(jiān)管;全員培訓(xùn),提升安全意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Food safety is a social hot spot, but also the focus of national attention, and public canteens because of the large number of service objects, food safety issues are particularly important, especially for kindergarten canteens, because the service is for young children. This article will analyze how to strengthen the food safety management in kindergarten canteen, will focus on five aspects: strictly control the source, ensure the quality of ingredients; Keep improving, check the production process; Be careful and do well before and after the meal. Seriously examine, strengthen the daily supervision; All staff training, enhance safety awareness.
