【摘要】: 職業(yè)認(rèn)同是個(gè)體對所從事職業(yè)的肯定性評價(jià),強(qiáng)調(diào)所表現(xiàn)出來的積極態(tài)度與行為。上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的高低,直接關(guān)系到她們對本職業(yè)的認(rèn)可程度以及對幼兒的熱愛程度,既是做好幼兒保教工作的內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī),又是促進(jìn)幼兒身心健康發(fā)展的前提。關(guān)注保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同,提升其對所從事職業(yè)的認(rèn)同,既是保育員自身發(fā)展的要求,也是更好地滿足幼兒身心健康發(fā)展以及為幼兒家長服務(wù)的時(shí)代要求,因此,上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的調(diào)查與研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本研究綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、問卷法等研究方法,呈現(xiàn)了上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的現(xiàn)狀,從保育員基本信息方面對其職業(yè)認(rèn)同進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,分析了上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同存在的差異及影響因素,并據(jù)此提出提升上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的建議和對策,一方面,豐富保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的理論研究內(nèi)容;另一方面,提升上海市保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同,以促進(jìn)保育員的自身發(fā)展以及幼兒身心健康發(fā)展。 研究結(jié)果:1.上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的現(xiàn)狀:上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同總體水平較高(M=1.93),其中23%的人處于低認(rèn)同組,62%的人屬于中等認(rèn)同組,15%的人屬于高認(rèn)同組;2.上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同在幼兒園性質(zhì)、保育員年齡、教齡、學(xué)歷和工資水平因素上存在差異:1)公辦園保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同明顯高于民辦園保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同;2)“46歲及以上”年齡段的保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同非常明顯地高于其他年齡段的保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同,“26-30歲”年齡段的保育員對所從事的工作的認(rèn)同最低;3)“16-20年”教齡保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同顯著地高于“5年及以下”和“11-15年”教齡保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同;4)“本科及以上”學(xué)歷保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同最低,“初中及以下”學(xué)歷的保育員對所從事的工作的職業(yè)認(rèn)同最高,從總體上呈現(xiàn)職業(yè)認(rèn)同隨著保育員學(xué)歷的升高而降低的發(fā)展趨勢;5)“2000元以上”工資水平的保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同最高;“1000元及以下”工資水平的保育員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同得分最低,從總體上呈現(xiàn)職業(yè)認(rèn)同隨著工資水平的提升而提高的發(fā)展趨勢。3.開放性問題的研究結(jié)果:1)上海市保育員將自我角色定義為“幼兒園的清潔工”、“純粹的幼兒養(yǎng)育者”、“幼兒的養(yǎng)育和教育者”;2)上海市保育員認(rèn)為工作價(jià)值表現(xiàn)為“謀生”、“幫助幼兒健康快樂地成長”、“自我實(shí)現(xiàn)和社會(huì)認(rèn)可”;3)上海市保育員對工作的滿意表現(xiàn)為“固定假期”、“人際關(guān)系”、“工作環(huán)境”;4)上海市保育員對工作的不滿表現(xiàn)為“工作量大”、“工資待遇低”和“社會(huì)地位低”。 本研究在分析調(diào)查問卷研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,對上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同存在的差異進(jìn)行相關(guān)因素分析,并提出提升上海市保育員職業(yè)認(rèn)同的教育建議:1)克服保育員的職業(yè)倦怠感;2)加強(qiáng)保育員素質(zhì)建設(shè);3)給保育員更多的人文關(guān)懷;4)提供參與幼兒園活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Occupation identity refers to positive evaluation by the occupation, positive attitude and behavior on the show. Shanghai City nurse occupation identity level, directly related to their acceptance of the occupation and the degree of love for the children's intrinsic motivation is good, child care and teaching work, and promote the healthy development of the premise children's body and mind. Pay attention to the nurse's occupation identity, to enhance its occupation identity, is the nurse requirements of their own development, but also to better meet the physical and mental development of young children and parents of children age service requirements, therefore, has important practical significance to investigation and research of Shanghai City nurse occupation identity.
This research uses the literature method, interview method, questionnaire method and other research methods, presents the status quo of Shanghai City nurse occupation identity, from the basic information of the nurse for research on the occupation identity, analyzes the factors of differences in Shanghai City nurse occupation identity and influence, and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve. Shanghai City nurse occupation identity on the one hand, the theory of content rich nurse occupation identity; on the other hand, occupation identity and improve the Shanghai City nurse, to promote nurse's own development as well as the infant Shen Xinjian Kang.
Results: the status of the 1. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire on the results of the study, analyzing related factors of differences in Shanghai City nurse occupation identity, and put forward to promote the Shanghai City nurse occupation identity education suggestions: 1) to overcome the nurse occupation burnout; 2) to strengthen the nurse quality construction; 3) give more humanistic care the nurse; 4) to provide the opportunity to participate in kindergarten activities.
