【摘要】：相比于國外，我國的民辦幼兒園起步相對(duì)較晚，我國的民辦幼兒園絕大多數(shù)是20世紀(jì)90年代或21世紀(jì)初興建起來的，目前的發(fā)展還不是很平衡。有的辦得很好，已經(jīng)形成了名優(yōu)品牌；有的還在探索拼搏，爭創(chuàng)名優(yōu)；有數(shù)量較多的民辦幼兒園管理薄弱、師資不足、條件簡陋、班額過大、安全隱患較多，“小學(xué)化”傾向明顯等等。 本文結(jié)合民辦幼兒園山東省兗礦GW幼兒園經(jīng)營管理中可能出現(xiàn)的一些問題，分析了民辦幼兒園現(xiàn)存的經(jīng)營管理問題，借鑒現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理和公共管理的先進(jìn)理念，博采眾家之長，探索民辦幼兒園管理的規(guī)律，將企業(yè)管理與教育管理有機(jī)結(jié)合，以期形成民辦幼兒園管理的模式，，有助于民辦幼兒園管理趨向于規(guī)范和有序。最后本文針對(duì)GW幼兒園的個(gè)案研究，分析GW幼兒園的發(fā)展背景及當(dāng)前面臨的問題，然后對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行深入研究，最后設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)目標(biāo)清晰、能充分利用機(jī)會(huì)和發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)、切實(shí)可行的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案。本文為GW幼兒園的發(fā)展提供了指引，同時(shí)對(duì)業(yè)內(nèi)其它待轉(zhuǎn)型的民辦幼兒園制定合適的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有著較強(qiáng)的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Compared with foreign countries, China's private kindergarten started relatively late, the vast majority of private kindergartens in China in 1990s or early twenty-first Century to build up, the current development is not very balanced. Some do very well, has formed a good brand; some are still struggling to explore, to create quality; a weak private kindergarten the management of a large number of teacher shortage, poor conditions, large class size, more safety, "primary school" tendency and so on.
In this paper some problems may occur in private kindergartens in Shandong province Yankuang GW kindergarten management, analyzes the problems existing in the management of private kindergartens, learn from the advanced idea of modern enterprise management and public management, the gathering house long, to explore the law of private kindergarten, the organic combination of enterprise management and education management, in order to the formation of management of private kindergartens, contribute to the management of private kindergartens tend to be standardized and orderly. At the end of the study the case for the GW kindergarten, the kindergarten development background of GW and the current problems faced, and in-depth study of these issues, and finally to design a clear goal, can make full use of the opportunity and advantage. The feasible strategy and implementation plan. This paper provides guidance for the development of kindergarten GW, while the rest of the industry to the transformation of private kindergarten development The appropriate development strategy has a strong reference value.
