如何營造有活力的學(xué)校

【摘要】:正我們希望用"一切為了師生的共同成長"的口號取代"一切為了學(xué)生發(fā)展",目的就在于尊重包括學(xué)生、教師以及其他學(xué)校成員作為生態(tài)主體的主體性與能動性教育規(guī)劃綱要多處提到教育活力或?qū)W校的辦學(xué)活力。新近召開的全國教育工作會議在總結(jié)五年來特別是黨的十八大以來的教育成就時也提到"教育活力持續(xù)增強"。如同倡導(dǎo)用"有意義的課堂"取代"有效課堂"一樣,我們主張用"有活力的學(xué)校"取代"有效學(xué)校"。對于一所學(xué)校而言,"有活力"是衡
[Abstract]:Just as we hope to replace "all for the development of students" with the slogan "everything for the common growth of teachers and students", the goal is to respect the students, including the students. The main body and initiative of teachers and other school members as ecological subject are mentioned in the outline of educational planning, which refers to the vigor of education or the vitality of running a school. The newly held National Conference on Education also pointed out that "the vitality of education has been continuously strengthened" in summing up the achievements of education in the past five years, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party. Just as we advocate "effective classroom" instead of "effective classroom", we advocate "active School" instead of "effective School". For a school, "vitality" is the balance
