[Abstract]:The Financial system of Primary and Middle Schools issued jointly by the former State Education Commission and the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as "the system") has a prominent feature, that is, the introduction of intangible assets into the management of primary and secondary schools. This is the first time that the concept of intangible assets in primary and secondary schools has appeared in national education laws and regulations, which is of great significance. It will not only lead to the rewriting of the chapter of general management in school management, but also will add a new weight to the management of primary and secondary schools.
