搞好學(xué)生營養(yǎng)餐的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【摘要】：筆者根據(jù)我國目前中小學(xué)生的健康狀況及中小學(xué)生營養(yǎng)午餐的現(xiàn)狀，參考國外、國內(nèi)先進(jìn)單位學(xué)生營養(yǎng)餐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，結(jié)合北京市學(xué)生營養(yǎng)餐的試點(diǎn)成果．總結(jié)出了搞好我國學(xué)生營養(yǎng)餐的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)：即“三個(gè)步驟一條龍”。
[Abstract]:According to the health status of primary and middle school students in our country and the present situation of nutritional lunch for primary and middle school students, the author refers to the experience of students' nutritious meals in foreign and domestic advanced units. Based on the experimental results of Beijing students' nutritious meal, this paper summarizes the basic experience of doing well the students' nutritious meal in our country: "three steps, one stop".
