校長學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的缺失與構(gòu)建

【摘要】:校長的學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的重要組成部分,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校和學(xué)生發(fā)展目標(biāo)至關(guān)重要。校長的學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是基于學(xué)校和學(xué)生發(fā)展的愿景與目標(biāo),校長具有的管理學(xué)生、影響學(xué)生的能力,以及校長和學(xué)生相互作用、相互影響的過程。根據(jù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的作用方式,可將其分為自然影響型和主動(dòng)建構(gòu)型兩種類型。當(dāng)前,校長對(duì)學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力尤其是主動(dòng)建構(gòu)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)揮不足,這主要與學(xué)校內(nèi)部的職責(zé)分工、校長的觀念意識(shí)以及溝通渠道不暢有關(guān)。為提升校長的學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,校長需要明確作為教育者的角色,主動(dòng)面對(duì)學(xué)生,實(shí)行走動(dòng)管理,暢通溝通渠道,并協(xié)同教師、家長等其他主體一致性地教育學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:The principal's student leadership is an important part of the principal's leadership, which is very important to the realization of the school and students' development goals. The principal's student leadership is based on the vision and goal of the school and the students' development, the principal's ability to manage the students, the ability to influence the students, and the process of the principal and the students' interaction and interaction. According to the mode of action of leadership, it can be divided into two types: natural influence type and active constructive type. At present, the principal does not give full play to the students' leadership, especially the active constructive leadership, which is mainly related to the division of duties within the school, the principal's concept and consciousness, and the lack of communication channels. In order to enhance the students' leadership, the principal needs to be clear about his role as an educator, to face the students actively, to carry out the management of moving around, to open the channels of communication, and to educate the students in a consistent way with other subjects, such as teachers, parents and so on.
