回歸與升華:現(xiàn)象學(xué)視域下的校長經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成

【摘要】:校長經(jīng)驗(yàn)作為一種對(duì)教育教學(xué)管理規(guī)律性的方法總結(jié),具有重要的作用。然而,校長經(jīng)驗(yàn)是內(nèi)隱于校長自身的,應(yīng)該采取適當(dāng)?shù)目茖W(xué)理論將其挖掘。根據(jù)現(xiàn)象學(xué)的觀點(diǎn),校長經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成遵循回歸和升華的基本路徑,從校長們的生活世界和生活體驗(yàn)出發(fā),懸置已有的觀念和偏見,使校長們的生活世界處于零污染狀態(tài),并盡可能將某種體驗(yàn)還原至事實(shí)本身,由對(duì)生活體驗(yàn)的感性直觀達(dá)至本質(zhì)直觀,形成新的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行描述與反思,經(jīng)驗(yàn)才能得以生成。
[Abstract]:The principal's experience, as a method of teaching management regularity, plays an important role. However, the principal's experience is implicit in the principal itself, which should be excavated by appropriate scientific theory. According to the phenomenological viewpoint, the generation of principals' experience follows the basic path of regression and sublimation, starting from the life world and life experience of principals, suspending existing concepts and prejudices, so that the principals' life world is in a state of zero pollution. And as far as possible, a certain experience can be restored to the fact itself, from the perceptual intuition of the life experience to the essential intuition, and form a new experience. On this basis, the life experience can be described and reflected, and then the experience can be generated.
