學校領導的新進展:從教學領導到轉型領導

【摘要】:學校領導的研究已有100余年的歷史,20世紀80年代后出現(xiàn)了兩種占主導地位的領導范式:教學領導和轉型領導。前者強調自上而下的控制;后者強調自下至上的參與式改革,是一種分享式的領導范式。教學領導憑借管理與控制組織成員導向既定的目標;轉型領導則通過提升組織成員的期望值來憧憬、創(chuàng)造未來。鑒于兩者的優(yōu)點與不足,未來的領導范式將是兩者的有機整合。
[Abstract]:The research on school leadership has been more than 100 years. Since the 1980s, two leading paradigms have emerged: teaching leadership and transformational leadership. The former emphasizes top-down control, while the latter emphasizes top-down participatory reform, which is a shared leadership paradigm. By managing and controlling the members of the organization, the teaching leadership leads to the established goals, while the transformational leadership looks forward to the future by raising the expectations of the members of the organization. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the two, the future leadership paradigm will be an organic integration of the two.
