學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的新進(jìn)展:從教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到轉(zhuǎn)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)

【摘要】:學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究已有100余年的歷史,20世紀(jì)80年代后出現(xiàn)了兩種占主導(dǎo)地位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)范式:教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和轉(zhuǎn)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。前者強(qiáng)調(diào)自上而下的控制;后者強(qiáng)調(diào)自下至上的參與式改革,是一種分享式的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)范式。教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)憑借管理與控制組織成員導(dǎo)向既定的目標(biāo);轉(zhuǎn)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)則通過(guò)提升組織成員的期望值來(lái)憧憬、創(chuàng)造未來(lái)。鑒于兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足,未來(lái)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)范式將是兩者的有機(jī)整合。
[Abstract]:The research on school leadership has been more than 100 years. Since the 1980s, two leading paradigms have emerged: teaching leadership and transformational leadership. The former emphasizes top-down control, while the latter emphasizes top-down participatory reform, which is a shared leadership paradigm. By managing and controlling the members of the organization, the teaching leadership leads to the established goals, while the transformational leadership looks forward to the future by raising the expectations of the members of the organization. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the two, the future leadership paradigm will be an organic integration of the two.
