【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革提倡的是一種“一切以人為本”的理念，這種新的理念對基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)有的學(xué)校管理提出了挑戰(zhàn)。本文首先論述了課程改革的背景和現(xiàn)狀；然后討論學(xué)校管理三個要素：教育觀、學(xué)校管理體制、學(xué)校管理機制及其之間的關(guān)系，，以及課程與學(xué)校管理三個要素之間的關(guān)系；并針對學(xué)校管理的三個要素設(shè)計了調(diào)查問卷，運用統(tǒng)計的方法加以分析整理，了解初級中學(xué)學(xué)校管理的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校管理現(xiàn)在所存在的問題。本文最后一部分針對課程改革下學(xué)校管理現(xiàn)存的問題提出了一些解決的對策。
[Abstract]:The curriculum reform of basic education advocates a "all-people-oriented" concept, which challenges the existing school management in basic education. This paper first discusses the background and present situation of curriculum reform, then discusses the three elements of school management: education concept, school management system, school management mechanism and their relationship, and the relationship between curriculum and school management. According to the three elements of school management, the questionnaire is designed, and the statistical method is used to analyze and sort out the present situation of the school management in junior middle schools, and the problems existing in the school management are found. In the last part of this paper, some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems existing in school management under curriculum reform.
