【摘要】：通過對(duì)某大學(xué)醫(yī)療系本科1984～1993年間全部在冊(cè)學(xué)生因病休學(xué)情況進(jìn)行了回顧性調(diào)查，結(jié)果表明，因病休學(xué)人數(shù)占總數(shù)的9．02‰。疾病的發(fā)生集中在低年級(jí)（90％），主要誘因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)壓力較大，環(huán)境適應(yīng)障礙，，自我保健意識(shí)淡薄而引起的精神性疾病最多，傳染性疾病占相當(dāng)比例。筆者認(rèn)為大學(xué)應(yīng)普及心理學(xué)教育及心理咨詢，預(yù)防或減少癥病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。
