【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中小學(xué)教師的不良言行較過去大量減少,但仍隱性地存在。教師不良言行產(chǎn)生與社會(huì)環(huán)境影響、職業(yè)道德的缺乏、心理素質(zhì)欠佳、教育藝術(shù)貧乏等諸多因素密切有關(guān)。為此,要重塑教師的職業(yè)道德,促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展,采取多種措施糾正教師不良言行。
[Abstract]:At present, the bad words and deeds of teachers in primary and secondary schools are much less than in the past, but still exist implicitly. Teachers' bad words and deeds are closely related to the influence of social environment, the lack of professional ethics, the poor psychological quality, the poor educational art and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to reshape teachers' professional ethics, promote teachers' professional development, and take various measures to correct teachers' bad words and deeds.
