【摘要】：虛擬學習社區(qū)是信息化社會教育體系的重要組成部分,如何建立科學、合理的虛擬學習社區(qū)已經成為現代遠程教育中研究的熱點問題。隨著我國各層次精品課程、教學名師評選將網絡學習資源列為重要條件,以課程教學為單元的網絡課程建設得到了快速發(fā)展,隨之帶來的是虛擬學習社區(qū)數量的擴張。然而這些花費大量人力、財力建設的網絡學習環(huán)境實際效果卻不理想,一些虛擬學習社區(qū)訪問者寥寥無幾、無人問津,有些甚至根本沒有啟用。一些研究發(fā)現,很多教師只是利用網絡完成教學任務的搬家,如在網上發(fā)布教學大綱和課件等任務;或者利用網絡技術傳播概念性和測試性知識,網絡教學方式單調、教學質量不高,導致參與人數少,參與程度不深、積極性不高等。因此,對虛擬學習社區(qū)動力機制的研究是一項有價值的研究。 作者通過對新浪UC虛擬學習社區(qū)一年多的觀察和學習發(fā)現,無論是參與人數還是整體的管理體系,其都可以堪稱是一所虛擬的綜合大學。這里不但有年少與年老的對話、天南與海北的討論,還有專業(yè)人士的無償師資以及學員的積極貢獻。二者差別何在?為此,在本研究中,作者以新浪UC天涯PS學堂為個案,對其直觀特征進行分析,選取天涯1群中參加第七期學習的成員參與情況進行社會網絡分析,并選擇了天涯PS學習社區(qū)論壇中PS教程區(qū)產生的148個主題及其回帖進行內容分析,以分析整個社區(qū)的網絡互動特征。研究結果發(fā)現,新浪UC虛擬學習社區(qū)中學習情境的設計、學習領袖的引導、社區(qū)歸屬感的形成和完善的管理制度為虛擬學習社區(qū)的建設和發(fā)展提供了很好的參考價值。最后,作者還指出了本研究存在的不足,并提出了后續(xù)的研究計劃。
[Abstract]:Virtual learning community is an important part of information society education system. How to establish scientific and reasonable virtual learning community has become a hot issue in modern distance education. With the high quality courses at all levels in our country, the network learning resources are listed as the important conditions by the famous teachers. The construction of the network courses with the curriculum teaching as the unit has been developed rapidly, which has brought about the expansion of the number of virtual learning communities. However, these network learning environments, which cost a lot of manpower and financial resources, do not work well. Some virtual learning communities have few visitors and few visitors, some of them are not even used at all. Some studies have found that many teachers simply use the Internet to complete the task of moving, such as publishing syllabus and courseware on the Internet, or use network technology to disseminate conceptual and testing knowledge, and the online teaching method is monotonous. Teaching quality is not high, resulting in small number of participants, participation degree is not deep, enthusiasm is not high. Therefore, the study of the dynamic mechanism of virtual learning community is a valuable study. By observing and studying the virtual learning community of Sina UC for more than a year, the author finds that both the number of participants and the overall management system can be regarded as a virtual comprehensive university. There is not only a dialogue between youth and old age, but also a discussion between Tiannan and Haibei, as well as pro bono teachers from professionals and positive contributions from students. What is the difference between the two? Therefore, in this study, the author takes Sina UC Tianya PS School as an example, analyzes its intuitive characteristics, and selects the participants of Tianya 1 group to carry out social network analysis. In order to analyze the network interaction characteristics of the whole community, 148 topics and their replies produced in the PS course area of Tianya PS Learning Community Forum are selected for content analysis. The results show that the design of learning situation, the guidance of learning leaders, the formation of community sense of belonging and the perfect management system in Sina UC virtual learning community provide a good reference value for the construction and development of virtual learning community. Finally, the author points out the shortcomings of this study and puts forward the following research plan.
