【摘要】：通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)打工子弟學(xué)校教師繼續(xù)教育中存在的真實(shí)問題,如教師參加培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)和次數(shù)都極少,政府和學(xué)校對(duì)教師參訓(xùn)缺乏資金和業(yè)務(wù)保障,教師工學(xué)矛盾尖銳,對(duì)培訓(xùn)的熱情不高等。針對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,以項(xiàng)目合作形式,整合社會(huì)資源,建立有效機(jī)制,提升打工子弟學(xué)校教師培訓(xùn)的有效性。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation, it is found that there are real problems in teachers' continuing education, such as the lack of opportunities and times for teachers to take part in training, the lack of funds and professional security for teachers' participation in training by the government and schools, and the sharp contradiction between teachers' work and learning. Low enthusiasm for training. In view of the problems found, we should integrate social resources, establish effective mechanism and improve the effectiveness of teacher training in the school of working children in the form of project cooperation.
