【摘要】：英國《國家校長標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》于1998年開始實(shí)施,十余年來在英國校長培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了很大影響。它在實(shí)踐中得以發(fā)揮作用的一個(gè)重要原因是英國實(shí)施了國家級(jí)校長專業(yè)資格培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。這一培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目將"資格培訓(xùn)"與《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》聯(lián)系起來,基于《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》選拔參訓(xùn)人員,確保其具有達(dá)到《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》要求的基礎(chǔ);培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容切合《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,使參訓(xùn)人員可以達(dá)到《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求;"資格培訓(xùn)"法制化,為《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的實(shí)施提供法律保障;"資格培訓(xùn)"機(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)化,為《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的實(shí)施提供專業(yè)保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)了《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》從"文本"層面向"實(shí)踐"層面的轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:The National Principals Standard (NCSC) was put into practice in 1998 and has had a great influence in the field of headmasters training in Britain for more than a decade.An important reason for its role in practice is the implementation of the National Principals' Professional qualifications Program in the UK.This training project links "qualification training" with "standards", selects participants on the basis of "standards", and ensures that they have the basis to meet the requirements of "standards";The contents of the training are in line with the "standards" so that the participants can meet the requirements of the "standards"; "qualification training" is legalized to provide legal protection for the implementation of the "standards"; and the "qualification training" institutions are specialized to provide professional guarantees for the implementation of the "standards".The standard has been transformed from "text" to "practice".
