初中生親子依戀、同伴依戀與性心理的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:青春期是一個(gè)人發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,進(jìn)入青春期的初中生隨著性生理的變化,由于性教育的缺失,其性心理面臨極大的考驗(yàn)。研究表明,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情的傳播、單親家庭的增多、艾滋病蔓延的加快等社會(huì)因素的影響,目前我國(guó)初中生性心理健康狀況并不理想,嚴(yán)重阻礙了青少年的健康成長(zhǎng)。本研究旨在通過(guò)對(duì)親子依戀、同伴依戀與性心理健康的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,考察初中生親子依戀、同伴依戀與性心理健康的現(xiàn)狀及其關(guān)系,以探索影響性心理健康的因素,為開(kāi)展對(duì)初中生的科學(xué)性教育提供依據(jù)。本研究對(duì)改善初中生性心理健康教育,促進(jìn)初中生健康成長(zhǎng)具有重要意義。 本研究采用洛一和鄭勇編制的青春期性心理健康問(wèn)卷與Armsden和Greenberg編制的父母同伴依戀量表(Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment, IPPA)對(duì)541名初中生的親子依戀、同伴依戀與性心理健康的現(xiàn)狀及其關(guān)系進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,采用SPSS16.0和AMOS5.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理。 結(jié)果如下: (1)親子依戀在年級(jí)、是否獨(dú)生子女的變量上存在差異,表現(xiàn)為:初一學(xué)生的親子依戀質(zhì)量最好;獨(dú)生子女的親子依戀質(zhì)量好于非獨(dú)生子女。同伴依戀在性別變量上存在差異性,表現(xiàn)為:女生的同伴依戀質(zhì)量好于男生。 (2)性心理健康在性別、年級(jí)的變量上存在差異,表現(xiàn)為:初中男生在性心理總得分上高于女生。在維度上,男生的性知識(shí)、性控制力與自身適應(yīng)好于女生。初一學(xué)生的性心理健康最差。 (3)對(duì)親子依戀、同伴依戀與性心理健康進(jìn)行兩兩相關(guān)分析,結(jié)果表明:親子依戀與同伴依戀顯著相關(guān),親子依戀與性心理健康、同伴依戀與性心理健康的相關(guān)和親子依戀與同伴依戀一致。 (4)對(duì)親子依戀、同伴依戀與性心理健康回歸分析和模型分析,結(jié)果表明:親子依戀通過(guò)同伴依戀影響性心理健康,同時(shí)親子依戀也直接影響性心理健康。 結(jié)論:親子依戀不但對(duì)性心理有直接預(yù)測(cè)力,而且它可以通過(guò)影響同伴依戀,進(jìn)一步對(duì)性心理健康產(chǎn)生影響。同伴依戀是親子依戀對(duì)性心理健康作用的一個(gè)部分中介變量。
[Abstract]:Adolescence is a critical period for the development of a person. With the change of sexual physiology and the lack of sex education, the sexual psychology of junior high school students in puberty is facing a great test. Research shows that with the spread of online pornography, the number of single-parent families increases. The impact of social factors such as the acceleration of the spread of AIDS, the current mental health status of junior high school students in China is not ideal, which seriously hinders the healthy growth of adolescents. A questionnaire survey on peer attachment and sexual mental health was conducted to investigate the current situation and relationship of parent-child attachment, peer attachment and sexual mental health among junior high school students, in order to explore the factors affecting sexual mental health. This study is of great significance to improve the sexual mental health education and promote the healthy growth of junior high school students. In this study, 541 junior middle school students were subjected to parent-child attachment with the inventory of Parent and Peer attachment (IPPAs), compiled by Luoyi and Zheng Yong's adolescent sexual mental health questionnaire and Armsden and Greenberg's Parent-Peer attachment scale. The present situation and the relationship between peer attachment and sexual mental health were investigated, and the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS16.0 and AMOS5.0. The results are as follows:. 1) there are differences in the variables of parent-child attachment in grade, showing that the quality of parent-child attachment is the best among junior high school students, the quality of parent-child attachment of only child is better than that of non-only child, and that of peer attachment is different in gender variables. The results showed that the quality of peer attachment of girls was better than that of boys. (2) there were differences in sex and grade variables in sexual mental health, which showed that the total score of sexual psychology of junior middle school boys was higher than that of female students, and in dimension, the sex knowledge of boys was higher than that of girls. Sexual control and self-adaptation are better than girls. The first grade students have the worst sexual mental health. 3) A pairwise correlation analysis was made between parent-child attachment, peer attachment and sexual mental health. The results showed that parent-child attachment was significantly related to peer attachment, parent-child attachment to sexual mental health, and parent-child attachment to sexual mental health. The relationship between peer attachment and sexual mental health and parent-child attachment is consistent with peer attachment. 4) regression analysis and model analysis on parent-child attachment, peer attachment and sexual mental health. The results show that parent-child attachment affects sexual mental health through peer attachment, and parent-child attachment also directly affects sexual mental health. Conclusion: parent-child attachment is not only a direct predictor of sexual psychology, but also has a further effect on sexual mental health by influencing peer attachment, which is a partial mediating variable of parent-child attachment to sexual mental health.
