【摘要】：高校作為人才培養(yǎng)的主陣地,應充分吸收人力資源研究的新成果。將心理資本理論引入新生適應教育,對新生進行心理資本開發(fā)十分必要。從自我效能、樂觀、希望和復原力四個維度開發(fā)和培育大學新生心理資本,能夠有效開發(fā)新生的潛能和積極的心理力量,能夠促進新生盡快適應并融入新環(huán)境,提升學生全面發(fā)展的能力,實現全人教育。
[Abstract]:As the main position of talent training, colleges and universities should fully absorb the new achievements of human resources research. It is necessary to introduce the theory of psychological capital into the adaptation education of freshmen, and to develop psychological capital for freshmen. The four dimensions of hope and resilience to develop and cultivate the psychological capital of freshmen can effectively develop the potential and positive psychological power of freshmen, promote freshmen to adapt and integrate into the new environment as soon as possible, and enhance the ability of students to develop in an all-round way. The realization of whole-person education.
