體育運(yùn)動(dòng)與大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康、心理健康素質(zhì)的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康和心理健康素質(zhì)關(guān)系到“健康第一”、“以人為本”、“和諧心理”、“素質(zhì)教育”理念、高校教育改革的深入程度,關(guān)系到大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展以及我國(guó)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的進(jìn)程。體育運(yùn)動(dòng)有利于人們的身心健康,而提高人們的身心健康水平是體育科學(xué)研究者和人類社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題之一。 本文主要采用問卷量表調(diào)查法和體質(zhì)測(cè)試法對(duì)500名武漢市高校大學(xué)生身心健康和運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,結(jié)果表明: 1.普通大學(xué)生參與體育鍛煉的總體情況不容樂觀,經(jīng)常參加鍛煉的大學(xué)生僅占13%,其心理健康素質(zhì)得分顯著高于不經(jīng)常參加鍛煉者;體育鍛煉中長(zhǎng)期保持中大運(yùn)動(dòng)量的大學(xué)生占34%,且不同運(yùn)動(dòng)量顯著影響大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康和心理健康素質(zhì)得分。 2.大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康得分在人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量上呈現(xiàn)不同的水平差異。男大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康得分低于女大學(xué)生(P0.05);體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康得分高于普通大學(xué)生,在普通大學(xué)生中,理科高于文科(P0.01);但在年級(jí)層次和生源地上,大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康得分不存在顯著性差異。 3.大學(xué)生心理健康素質(zhì)得分在人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量上呈現(xiàn)不同的水平差異。男大學(xué)生心理健康素質(zhì)得分低于女大學(xué)生(P0.001);體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生心理健康素質(zhì)得分顯著高于普通大學(xué)生,在普通大學(xué)生中,理科生心理健康素質(zhì)得分高于文科(P0.05);農(nóng)村大學(xué)生的心理健康素質(zhì)得分顯著低于城市大學(xué)生(P0.01);在年級(jí)層次上,存在顯著性差異(P0.01),大一學(xué)生心理健康素質(zhì)得分較低,隨著年級(jí)上升,心理健康素質(zhì)得分不斷提高,但大四處于下降或平臺(tái)區(qū)。 4.體育運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況與大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康、心理健康素質(zhì)均存在正相關(guān);除人格與身體形態(tài)無顯著性差異外,體質(zhì)健康及其維度(身體形態(tài)、身體機(jī)能、身體素質(zhì))與心理健康素質(zhì)及其維度(認(rèn)知、情緒、人格、適應(yīng))存在顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05);以大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康、心理健康素質(zhì)為因變量,體育運(yùn)動(dòng)參與狀況為自變量作回歸分析,體育運(yùn)動(dòng)參與狀況進(jìn)入回歸方程,回歸方程系數(shù)顯著,體育運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康素質(zhì)和體質(zhì)健康有預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:College students' physical and mental health quality is related to the concept of "health first", "people-oriented", "harmonious psychology", "quality education", and the degree of educational reform in colleges and universities. Sports is conducive to the physical and mental health of people, and improving the level of physical and mental health of people is one of the hot issues that sports science researchers and human society pay attention to. In this paper, the physical and mental health and sports status of 500 college students in Wuhan were investigated by questionnaire and physique test. The results show that:. 1. The general situation of ordinary college students participating in physical exercise is not optimistic. The students who often take part in exercise only account for 13%, and their mental health quality score is significantly higher than that of those who do not regularly participate in exercise; The proportion of college students who have maintained medium and large amount of exercise for a long period of time in physical exercise is 34. The scores of physical and mental health of college students are significantly affected by different amount of exercise. 2. The scores of physical health of college students were different in demographic variables. The scores of physical health of male students were lower than those of female students, and the scores of physical education majors were higher than those of ordinary college students. Science was higher than liberal arts (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the scores of physical health of college students at grade level and student origin. 3. The scores of mental health quality of college students showed different levels in demographic variables. The scores of mental health quality of male students were lower than those of female students (P 0.001), and the scores of mental health quality of physical education majors were significantly higher than those of ordinary college students. Among ordinary college students, the scores of psychological health quality of science students were higher than that of liberal arts students, and the scores of rural college students' mental health quality were significantly lower than those of urban students. There was a significant difference (P 0.01). The scores of mental health quality of freshmen were low. With the grade rising, the scores of mental health quality increased continuously, but the senior students were in the area of decline or platform. 4. There is a positive correlation between sports status and college students' physical health and mental health quality, except for no significant difference between personality and body shape, physical health and its dimensions (body shape, physical function, physical function), There was a significant positive correlation between physical quality and mental health quality and its dimensions (cognition, emotion, personality, adaptation). Sports participation entered the regression equation, and the coefficient of regression equation was significant. The sports condition could predict the mental health quality and physical health of college students.
