【摘要】：拉爾夫·W·泰勒(R.w.Tyler)是美國當代著名的課程和評價專家,享有“課程理論之父”、“教育評價之父”和“行為目標之父”之稱。在“八年研究”實驗中,以他為首的教育評價委員會設計的泰勒教育評價模式是在20世紀30年代美國獨特教育文化影響下的產物,它開啟了科學教育評價的先河,同時對美國當時的教育文化起到了引導、強化和矯正作用。 本文以史料為依據(jù),先對泰勒教育評價模式做一靜態(tài)的剖析,然后分別論述了美國教育文化對泰勒教育評價模式的影響和泰勒教育評價模式對美國當時教育文化的引導、強化和矯正作用。通過本研究,筆者希望大家能夠更為深刻地了解泰勒教育評價模式,理清美國教育文化與泰勒教育評價模式相互影響的辨證關系。
[Abstract]:Ralph W. Taylor R. W. Tyleris a famous contemporary American curriculum and evaluator who enjoys "the father of curriculum theory." "the father of educational evaluation" and "the father of behavioral goals." in the "eight-year study" experiment. Taylor's educational evaluation model was designed by the Education Evaluation Committee headed by him in 1930s under the influence of the unique education culture in the United States. It opened the first step of scientific education evaluation. At the same time, the American education and culture at that time played a leading, strengthening and corrective role. Based on historical data, this paper makes a static analysis of Taylor's educational evaluation model. Then, it discusses the influence of American educational culture on Taylor's educational evaluation model and the guidance, strengthening and correcting function of Taylor's educational evaluation model to American educational culture at that time. The author hopes that we can better understand Taylor's educational evaluation model and clarify the dialectical relationship between American educational culture and Taylor's educational evaluation model.
