【摘要】：近年來,網(wǎng)絡群體性事件日益成為社會關(guān)注的熱點和焦點,并與其他社會事件和社會問題呈現(xiàn)出相互交織的趨勢。對網(wǎng)絡群體事件的研究,成了公共危機管理中的重要課題,同時也是事關(guān)高校和社會和諧穩(wěn)定的重大課題。QQ群作為大學生溝通、交流的重要手段,在高校網(wǎng)絡群體性事件中扮演著重要角色,結(jié)合QQ群信息傳播、大學生網(wǎng)民和網(wǎng)絡群體性事件的特點,可以分析得出網(wǎng)絡群體性事件的發(fā)生機理和生成過程,并為高校和公共部門制定相應的應對策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, network group events have become the focus of social attention, and intertwined with other social events and social problems. It has become an important subject in the management of public crisis, and it is also an important subject concerning the harmony and stability of universities and the society. As an important means for college students to communicate and communicate, QQQun is an important way for college students to communicate with each other. It plays an important role in the network group events in colleges and universities. Combined with the information dissemination of QQ group and the characteristics of college students' Internet users and network group events, we can analyze the occurrence mechanism and process of the network group events. And for the universities and the public sector to formulate corresponding coping strategies.
