【摘要】：隨著全球化和信息化進程的逐步推進,改革開放的不斷深入和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的逐步確立,我國的社會結(jié)構(gòu)、組織形式和文化價值等方面都呈現(xiàn)出多元化的趨勢。而在社會變遷的過程中,諸如上述因素的巨大變化,將直接影響著人們的價值觀念和行為方式,多元化價值觀取代一元價值觀成為社會趨勢。在多元價值觀的背景下,青少年的名利觀也必然帶上時代的烙印。本論文在閱讀相關(guān)文獻和調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了多元價值觀背景下青少年名利觀的現(xiàn)狀特征及主要影響因素,提出了多元價值觀背景下青少年名利觀教育的路徑。全文共由五個部分組成： 第一部分為引言,揭示了本論文研究的意義以及研究的思路和方法,并對現(xiàn)有關(guān)于名利觀的研究進行了梳理。 第二部分通過問卷調(diào)查對當(dāng)前青少年的名利觀的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,闡釋了多元價值觀背景下青少年名利觀存在多元化、現(xiàn)實化的特點,指出了青少年名利觀存在“輕精神,重物質(zhì)；輕他人,重私利；輕過程,重結(jié)果”的誤區(qū)。 第三部分結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果,對影響青少年名利觀形成的因素進行了深入分析,分別從社會因素、家庭因素、學(xué)校因素和青少年自身的因素四個方面加以展開。 第四部分,針對目前青少年名利觀的現(xiàn)狀,以及名利觀形成過程中存在的問題,提出了多元價值觀背景下青少年名利觀教育的社會路徑、家庭路徑、學(xué)校路徑,進而提出青少年對待名利的正確的態(tài)度。 最后,對本文的研究結(jié)論進行了總結(jié),指出要健全社會、家庭、學(xué)校相統(tǒng)一的價值觀體系,對青少年名利觀教育要形成社會、家庭、學(xué)校三結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò),實行全方位、多層次、立體化的教育,以取得綜合整體效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the gradual advancement of globalization and informatization, the deepening of reform and opening up and the gradual establishment of socialist market economic system, the social structure of our country. In the process of social change, such as the great changes of factors such as the above, will directly affect people's values and behavior. Under the background of pluralistic values, the concept of fame and wealth of young people is bound to take the brand of the times. This paper is based on reading relevant literature and research. This paper analyzes the current characteristics and main influencing factors of youth fame and fortune view under the background of multiple values, and puts forward the path of youth fame and wealth view education under the background of multiple values. The full text consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction, which reveals the significance of this paper and the research ideas and methods, and reviews the existing research on fame and wealth. The second part through the questionnaire survey of the current status of youth fame and wealth concept of analysis, explained under the background of multiple values of youth fame and wealth view of diversity, the reality of the characteristics. It is pointed out that the concept of youth fame and fortune is light on spirit and material. Neglecting others and attaching importance to self-interest; Light process, pay more attention to result "misunderstanding." The third part, combined with the results of the questionnaire, analyzes the factors that affect the formation of the concept of fame and wealth, respectively from the social factors, family factors. The school factor and the young person's own factor four aspects to be carried out. In the 4th part, aiming at the present situation of the youth fame and fortune view and the problems existing in the forming process, the author puts forward the social path and the family path of the youth fame and fortune view education under the background of multiple values. School path, and then put forward the correct attitude of teenagers towards fame and wealth. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, pointing out that to improve the social, family, school values system, the concept of youth fame and wealth education to form a social, family, school three combination network. Carry out all-round, multi-level, three-dimensional education, in order to achieve a comprehensive overall effect.
