【摘要】:目前,我國正處于現(xiàn)代化轉型期,社會現(xiàn)代化水平有了很大提高,但公民素養(yǎng)的提升卻相對滯后,已經(jīng)成為制約我國現(xiàn)代化進一步發(fā)展的阻礙。現(xiàn)代化的核心是人的現(xiàn)代化。對現(xiàn)代社會而言,人的現(xiàn)代化實際上指向的是符合社會發(fā)展需要的合格公民的養(yǎng)成,這需要公民素養(yǎng)教育,更需要公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑發(fā)揮出積極的作用。 我國現(xiàn)有的學生公民素養(yǎng)教育主要通過學校教育、社會教育途徑進行,已取得不小的成果。但隨著現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展,我國學生公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑選擇上日益呈現(xiàn)出其局限性和一系列問題:如傳統(tǒng)途徑存在局限、新途徑需要不斷拓展;學校教育途徑相對完善、家庭教育等途徑明顯不足;顯性途徑相對完善、隱性途徑明顯不足;理論教育途徑較充分、實踐教育途徑不足等,從而降低了教育的針對性與實效性,影響到了學生公民素養(yǎng)教育的積極開展。當前,社會的快速發(fā)展,一方面對人的素質(zhì)要求在不斷提高,另一方面,全球化、信息化、科技發(fā)展、知識爆炸、社會變革等所帶來的能夠影響人的人格成長和素質(zhì)發(fā)展的因素和途徑日益多樣化、復雜化,公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑亟待予以不斷拓展與創(chuàng)新。 在拓展和創(chuàng)新公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑過程中,必須堅持“以人為本”的教育理念,注意與教育目標實現(xiàn)要求的相適性、針對性,整合多種途徑合力育人。在諸多學生公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑中,制度塑造是公民素養(yǎng)教育實施的最重要的保證,學校教育是主渠道,社會教育是重要途徑,家庭教育是長期陣地,同伴團體是不可忽略的教育平臺。這些教育途徑共同承載著公民素養(yǎng)教育內(nèi)容的傳遞任務,缺一不可。當前,我國學生公民素養(yǎng)教育各途徑中存在著諸多問題,本文對這些問題試圖進行一個系統(tǒng)的論述,并探討相應的解決之策。 學生公民素養(yǎng)教育是一項系統(tǒng)的工程,要想取得好的效果,必須對學生公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑進行與時俱進的拓展創(chuàng)新與整合構建,充分發(fā)揮制度塑造人、培育人的作用,建立起學校、家庭和社會三位一體的立體教育網(wǎng)絡,多種教育途徑應相互結合、相互促進,以達到合力育人的目標。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the transition period of modernization, the level of social modernization has been greatly improved, but the upgrading of civic literacy is relatively lagging behind. The core of modernization is the modernization of human beings. In modern society, the modernization of human beings actually points to the cultivation of qualified citizens who meet the needs of social development. This requires civic literacy education, but also needs the path of civic literacy education to play a positive role. The education of students' civic literacy in our country has been carried out mainly through the way of school education and social education, which has made great achievements, but with the development of modern society. In our country, the choice of the path of citizenship education for students is increasingly presented with its limitations and a series of problems: if there are limitations in the traditional approaches, the new approaches need to be continuously expanded; The school education way is relatively perfect, the family education and so on way is obviously insufficient; The dominant pathway is relatively perfect, and the recessive pathway is obviously insufficient; The theory education way is more sufficient, the practice education way is insufficient and so on, thus has reduced the education pertinence and the actual effect, has affected the student citizen accomplishment education to carry out positively. At present, the society develops rapidly. On the one hand, the quality of human requirements are constantly improving, on the other hand, globalization, information, scientific and technological development, knowledge explosion. The factors and ways that can affect the development of personality and quality brought by social transformation are becoming more and more diversified and complicated. The educational approaches of civic literacy need to be continuously expanded and innovated. In the process of developing and innovating the educational approaches of civic literacy, we must adhere to the educational concept of "people-oriented", pay attention to the appropriateness and pertinence of the requirements for the realization of educational objectives. Among the many ways to educate students, institutional shaping is the most important guarantee, school education is the main channel, and social education is the important way. Family education is a long-term position, peer groups can not be ignored educational platform. These educational approaches together bear the task of transmitting the content of civic literacy education, which is indispensable. There are many problems in the education of students' civic literacy in our country. This paper tries to make a systematic discussion on these problems and discusses the corresponding solutions. The education of students' civic literacy is a systematic project. In order to achieve good results, it is necessary to develop, innovate and integrate the approach of student civic literacy education with the times, and give full play to the system to shape people. In order to cultivate the role of human beings and establish a three-dimensional education network of school, family and society, many kinds of educational approaches should be combined and promoted to achieve the goal of educating people together.
