【摘要】：特殊教育是衡量一個(gè)國家與社會(huì)的政治、教育、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、衛(wèi)生保健、福利等水平的重要標(biāo)志之一,是國家實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平的重要組成部分。信息技術(shù)在促進(jìn)特殊教育發(fā)展方面有著不可比擬的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)。文章通過對(duì)信息技術(shù)在特殊教育中的作用和西部地區(qū)特殊教育存在的顯著問題分析入手,探求了利用信息技術(shù)促進(jìn)西部地區(qū)特殊教育發(fā)展的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Special education is one of the important symbols to measure the political, educational, cultural, economic, scientific and technological, health care, welfare and other levels of a country and society, and it is an important part of the country to achieve educational equity. Information technology has incomparable characteristics and advantages in promoting the development of special education. Based on the analysis of the role of information technology in special education and the remarkable problems existing in special education in the western region, this paper probes into the effective ways to promote the development of special education in the western region by using information technology.
