農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的教育問題是社會關(guān)注的熱點問題,也是學(xué)界矚目的焦點問題。由于學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)環(huán)境出現(xiàn)變化,對他們產(chǎn)生巨大的沖擊,使其一時難以適應(yīng),這意味著即使農(nóng)民工隨遷子女有條件參與到城市教育的體系中來,但是依然面臨著他們獨有的困境和問題。這種現(xiàn)象具有一定的普遍性。關(guān)注農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài),了解它的現(xiàn)狀,在生態(tài)變遷的背景下,分析出現(xiàn)的問題及深層原因,找出解決路徑,對于教育公平的實現(xiàn)和生態(tài)社會的構(gòu)建均有重要的意義。本文采用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、個案訪談法等研究方法,以“農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的理論基礎(chǔ)—現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查—深層分析—提出建議和對策”這樣的邏輯思路通過以下六個章節(jié)對農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)存在的問題進行了較為系統(tǒng)、深入的討論。第一章緒論。介紹選題的緣起,分析選題的意義,界定農(nóng)民工隨遷子女、學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)、生態(tài)變遷等相關(guān)概念,并進行了研究設(shè)計。第二章文獻(xiàn)綜述。概述國內(nèi)外在教育生態(tài)學(xué)以及流動人員子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的研究狀態(tài)和存在的主要問題,并提出本研究的創(chuàng)新點。第三章研究農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的理論基礎(chǔ)。闡述生態(tài)學(xué)的基本原理,論述生態(tài)學(xué)基本原理在農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)研究中的應(yīng)用,分析農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)。第四章農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與思考。通過對教師、學(xué)生等的問卷調(diào)查以及訪談,并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,分析農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀,指出存在的主要問題。第五章農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)問題的深層分析。在生態(tài)變遷的背景下,從學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的主導(dǎo)因子、作用因子、限制因子、伴隨因子等四個方面,深入分析其學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)失衡的原因。第六章改善農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的對策和建議。從農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)的生態(tài)學(xué)理念、生態(tài)學(xué)原則以及生態(tài)學(xué)策略探尋生態(tài)優(yōu)化的對策和建議。結(jié)論,農(nóng)民工隨遷子女學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)存在一定問題,尤其是在生態(tài)變遷的背景之下,存在學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)失衡的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致其一定程度上的學(xué)習(xí)困難,影響農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量。要解決問題,需要從農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育發(fā)展理念上有所轉(zhuǎn)變,切實樹立教育生態(tài)化發(fā)展的新理念;從學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)主體的培養(yǎng)和學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè)等層面入手,提出有效對策。
[Abstract]:The education of migrant workers' children is not only a hot issue of social concern, but also a focus of academic attention. Because of the changes in the learning ecological environment, it has a great impact on them, which makes it difficult to adapt for a while, which means that even if the children of migrant workers have the conditions to participate in the urban education system, However, they are still facing their unique difficulties and problems. This phenomenon is universal to a certain extent. It is of great significance for the realization of educational fairness and the construction of ecological society to pay attention to the learning ecology of migrant workers' children, to understand its present situation, to analyze the problems and deep causes, and to find out the ways to solve them. In this paper, questionnaire survey method, literature method, case interview method and other research methods are used. Through the following six chapters, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the learning ecology of migrant workers' children through the logical thinking of "the theoretical basis of the learning ecology of migrant workers' children, the investigation of the present situation, the deep analysis, and the suggestions and countermeasures". An in-depth discussion. The first chapter is introduction. This paper introduces the origin of the selected topic, analyzes the significance of the selected topic, defines the children of migrant workers moving with them, studies ecology, ecological changes and other related concepts, and carries on the research design. The second chapter is a literature review. This paper summarizes the research status and main problems of educational ecology and learning ecology of migrant children at home and abroad, and puts forward the innovation of this study. The third chapter studies the theoretical basis of the learning ecology of migrant workers' children. This paper expounds the basic principles of ecology, discusses the application of the basic principles of ecology in the study of the learning ecology of the children of migrant workers, and analyzes the structure of the learning ecology of the children of migrant workers. The fourth chapter is the investigation and reflection on the ecological situation of migrant workers' learning with their children. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers and students, and combined with the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the present situation of the learning ecology of migrant workers' children moving with them, and points out the main problems. The fifth chapter is the deep analysis of the ecological problems of migrant workers' children. Under the background of ecological change, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the imbalance of learning ecology from four aspects: the leading factor, the function factor, the limiting factor and the accompanying factor of learning ecology. The sixth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the learning ecology of migrant workers. This paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions of ecological optimization from the ecological concept, ecological principles and ecological strategies of migrant workers moving with their children. Conclusion: there are some problems in the learning ecology of migrant workers' children, especially under the background of ecological changes, there is a phenomenon of learning ecological imbalance, which leads to their learning difficulties to a certain extent and affects the learning quality of migrant workers' children. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to change the concept of educational development of migrant workers' children, set up a new concept of ecological development of education, and put forward effective countermeasures from the aspects of the cultivation of learning ecological subject and the creation of learning ecological environment.
